Granite State Credit Union Car Loans

This is my 2nd car loan with Granite State and I could not be happier. I got a faster response, a lower interest rate, and they made the purchase go soooo much easier. Granite State Credit Union is now my "go to" lending source. Thank you GSCU!

I refinanced two vehicles with Granite State Credit Union. After closing, I never received any correspondence from them regarding the monthly payment information or how to enroll in online banking until I got a call saying my payment was late. This person informed me that they don't send statements and that I could sign up for online banking. She couldn't provide me with the proper information to sign up for online banking but said it would be sent in the mail. It never came. I did finally reach someone who gave me my member number which is needed to enroll in online banking. When I enter this information it says the account can't be validated and to call customer support. When I do that, the person walks me through the sign up process, i read the error message and then they say a special person will call me back which can fix it but I never get that call or someone calls me to go through the normal enrollment process which never works. It has now been a month and half and about a dozen phone calls and it is still not resolved. I have been sending checks to them blindly, hoping that it is being credited to the proper account but I have no way of knowing since they don't send statements and can't give me online access. The interest rates may be low but paying a little extra is worth not having to deal with these clowns.
