Mariner Finance Car Loans

I paid 19,000 for a Truck, have paid over 500.00 a month, 5yrs, still owe 18,000 Need to be Investigated Don't do business here !

I was assisted 4/29/2022 by Monica Guzman at Mariner Finance in Hayward, CA. I was in a tough spot and needed to take a title loan. I had an installment loan with Mariner already and a title loan with another firm. I received a new title loan with Mariner Finance combining my existing loan and paying off the title loan with the other firm for a lower payment and finance charge. Great customer service. Mrs. Guzman had a professional and pleasant demeanor. There was no pressure with signing loan or in taking extra items offered with loan for an additional fee. Monica assisted with the process in obtaining verifications and understanding when I having trouble obtaining some of the required information. She explained all the loan terms clearly and answer my additionally questions promptly. There was an issue with printing my loan check and it took a little while but it was an IT/computer issue and she was able to get assistance and fix the problem in a reasonable amount of time.
