I got my first car loan through Arizona State Credit Union and it was an almost painless process. There was quite a bit of paperwork but I assume that's true of any loan process. The customer service was great though and I was happy to feel like they were personally involved in helping me!

I had two car loans with Arizona State Credit Union, and it was the best experience at a financial institution that I have had. Not only do they have many locations, but allow you to mail in payments as well. I originally lived in Phoenix, then moved to Flagstaff, and there was a convenient location there. The bankers were extremely courteous, they had great hours, and were very helpful. I also had a checking account here as well. Unfortunately, I moved out of state and closed my account, however I wish all credit unions had the professionalism and service Arizona State Credit Union had.

I have been customer of Arizona State Credit Union for a number of years. When I refinanced my car they took my interest rate from a huge 21% to 7.5%. When I lost my job while I was pregnant they were very understanding and helped me out by being patient on my payments until I found a new job and was able to catch up. I have had a personal checking and savings account with them for longer than any other bank I have had accounts with. I was never charged for having an account which I LOVE! Their tellers in the bank are extremely friendly as well as the customer service reps on the phone. If you lose your card you never have to wait for a new one. You just go in and they print one right there for you! They are awesome!
