Been with RBFCU over 10 years. The worst now. And during these times they aren’t understanding at all. Have been making on time payments, fell behind because I got laid off and had one missed payment , they reported me to the credit bureau and my score went down 96 points. This has caused me so many problems and I can’t wait until my loan is paid off which I only have 1k left on.a joke

You all lost a member and potential business from someone with an 830 Fico score because she was my biological aunt who might as well be my mom and has been acting as my mother more than half my life but we were honest when asked. And if we would have lied and said she was my mom. You people would have never known the difference. So you let honesty get in the way of helping a member and making money over doing the right thing or compromising and finding away to make her a member. No one I know will ever be able to mention rbfcu no one I pass walking by will be able to let me hear rbfcu without being told how I was treated in one of your branches by an employee and then to top it off I held for 30 min online waiting to get someone in the phone Because it didn’t give me the option for a call back that time and I was disconnected in transfer last time no one called me back. This place has turned into a joke unless you got blackmail or dirt or a ton of money does anyone care about you there.

Great place to go for a car loan. As well as helping someone to reestablishing new credit, by saving money and building credit. When no one would give me a loan without a cosigner Randolph Brooks stood up at took that chance

They are the best. They treat you like family when I first started with them I had nothing, and had been homeless for some time and was working on trying to get myself back on my feet and they gave me that chance. I made my last car payment on January 1st by doing a transfer from an outside bank. But RBFCU took out two payments. I contacted RBFCU on January 3rd and was told they could reimburse for any overdraft fees caused by the additional withdrawal. But I have not gotten much of an answer as to when I will get my money back. I was told about 3 business days, but here I am on day 4 and nothing is returned.
