Our Hyundai Santa Fe Sport has been super reliable, comfortable, and easy to drive. It's mainly been a city car, with just a few road trips of several hundred miles. We keep it garaged, and it still looks almost brand new.

ABSOLUTELY TRASH SERVICE. I’m two hours from a branch and called to inquire about my account. I was requesting statements to verify my account number because they stopped sending them to me. They couldn’t request a mailed statement because they needed the account number. That’s why I’m calling to get the accountant and you’re feeding me a self licking ice cream cone. Don’t be enticed by their services since they don’t understand how their services work. Damn trash pandas

We have been banking with SSFCU since the 1990's. They have been an outstanding financial institution for us!! The Consumer loan department went well above and beyond to get us our loan quickly! All businesses have suffered as a result of the Covid. SSFCU is still making things happen even with a short staff!! Cut them a break people!!! We would highly recommend SSFCU for any financial needs!

Nobody picks up the phone and their automated voice system is broken. I can’t even make payments even when my external accounts are linked therefore resulting in late payments. Their app doesn’t offer the chance to link external accounts so you have to go to their complicated website to even do so. And when you “link” you still can’t make a payment because the website is bugged. SSFCU is a joke.

They fired many employees just before their 20 year pension kicked in at my branch. I heard they were timing their bathroom breaks inside the bathroom! [To build cases to fire them?] They treat customers alright, but have high NSF fees. Ordinary bank practices?

This credit union opened up a checking account in my name at the time I took out my auto loan, WITHOUT MY PERMISSION! Later on, they sent mail stating that I had no money in the bogus account to pay the fees they had imposed on the bogus account. Please take this into account when considering dealing with them.
