Golden 1 Credit Union Car Loans

So far so good bought car in 2020 no problems with golden one even through a chapter 7 bankruptcy.. they have been helpful in helping maintain my vehicle

Courteous reps, easy-to-read statements, excellent rate on my car loan. I have only dealt with them online or on the phone, but that works fine.

Golden one gave me a good rate and referred me to enterprise car sales ( they have a partnership) and I ended up driving a car home with zero money down with a mediocre credit score .

Financed a vehicle with Golden One. It's been a smooth, problem free transaction since day one. Now preparing to pay off the loan. I wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future. I am more than satisfied with the entire process.

Low interest rates. Easy to use mobile app. Monthly payments were waived during the height of the pandemic, with an option to make payments as possible.

They could put more effort with customers by being more helpful. Giving balance for account and more offers for interstate on balance.

Great customer service! Payments are a little hard to make online, although it's a little rough getting everything automated etc the helpfulness of the staff makes it tolerable and worthwhile.

I was given Golden 1 from purchasing from the Ford dealership. Seriously worst credit union ever. They don’t deserve any stars. If you get a chance do not do business with this company. They are stuck in the stone ages and I have no idea why they are still around. So many issues but I’m not going to get into detail because it seems like everyone has the same problems with them. Luckily I was able to pay off the truck loan and am so glad I never have to deal with this company ever again
