NASA Federal Credit Union CD Rates

Horrible customer service; ridiculously so. Management is not there to help you or to solve issues. After approving your application and getting your money, they change the requirements and want more information (holding your money hostage). Their procedures are not up to speed; no ACH to extract or send funds-really? I'm stuck now, but upon maturity, I'm taking my money elsewhere!

Extremely poor customer service in New Member Services. Website says fast and easy....anything but. Provided D.L., D.O.B.,SSN, and half-page copy of electric bill. They wanted "full page", although electric company name, my name and address was on the bill, so I sent them a full page telephone bill; they "ONLY accept gas or electric"....since when is a telephone company not a utility company? Sent automobile registration, have not heard back. Spoke to a member services supervisor who was extremely rude. All for a lousy savings account. Emailed director of HR, still no word.

Had heard about NASA Federal before, just didn't know I could join, but found out I was eligible so I applied. Very easy process. Uploaded requested documents to verify my identity!! Approved. Just applied for the credit card and found process was very easy too! Look forward to a long relationship with them!
