Ball State Federal Credit Union Checking Accounts

I signed up for BSFCU in my freshman year of college because of the convenience of location and no fees for opening up a checking account as well as no annual fee. What I also love about this credit union is the free savings account. Overall, setting up an account just requires you to be a BSU student.The customer service is really good and it feels more personal when you need a problem fixed. I had an issue with my debit card and I was able to get it resolved without any waiting on the phone. The person I spoke to was really understanding of my issue and he fixed everything with no hassle. The only downside now for me is the location, because I have since moved away from the Muncie area. However, I can still use my card and get answers over the phone if I need to.
