This review is from someone living with international ties and living on the West coast. If you are in a similar situation to me, run like crazy. A lot of operation you will want to do will require you to go to a physical branch... the closest one being in Texas. Yes this "bank" will require you to cross the country to make an international transfer. I don't know how they can advertise themselves as a bank while not having a branch anywhere on the entirety of the West coast. Following on that situation, they advised me to use Wise for my international needs... that worked for a bit (with the $30 wire cost each time mind you) until they decided they didn't like my Wise account. It was a "pre-paid" account and they have a policy to not wire money to such accounts. I called, explained it's my account and Wise is supposed to be their partner... nothing can be done. All their rules maximize pain for the customer and they don't have any protocol to go around if you really need it. They hold you money, charge you to do anything with it and let it all be your problem. If you're banking exclusively inside the US they are fine but again, beware if you have any international needs.

Worst bank of 5 in 30 years. Have been a Capital One credit card customer for over 20 years (which is great!) but when it comes to banking with Capital One....run. Made it all of two years and it seems they specialize in making banking as difficult as possible, employ questionable practices paying interest on deposits, have no critical thinking capabilities (e.g., sending a bank check to a wrong address due to a misprinted label...then refuse to call to correct address) and couldn't even close an account without a comedy of six phone calls that involved three confirmations and two verifications and one disastorous episode of freezing ALL of my money. Worst bank ever.

I live in the United States and you can never get any customer support, only robots. You can't file any complaints either. I'll had Capital One since 2019 and I'd rather use my credit cards for any purchases because I know I will get much better help with my other credit card companies then Capital One. They send so much "junk" mail offers that when they send you actual mail, it too looks like junk mail. I've had my credit card closed with them because of this. If it didn't hurt my credit to move banks, I would have already. I do not recommend.

I love my 360 checking. The only downside is that I have to do cash deposits at CVS. Better with Zelle or direct deposit. Avoid deposits checks thru mobile. 360 is not my main bank I do light banking with 360. I also have a credit card with Capitol as well. Happy with both so far. I'm new to 360 not Capitol One, I'll give them a chance.
They always give you temporary credits if you are charged wrongfully, then reverse the credits after a so called "investigation." Pick your customer's side, maybe? The reps all have harsh accents, and you can hear other people talk simultaneously. Filing a dispute for small charges over the phone is needlessly time consuming.

Be ware that if you open multiple checking accounts, you will only get ONE debit card and they ask you to switch between accounts through the app. The are two catches: 1) you can only switch between accounts when there are no pending transactions meaning you have to wait about three business days and make no additional use of your card while you wait to be able to switch. 2) as of February 2023, they have disabled this feature on their app and website meaning you have to call them every single time you need to switch between your checking accounts. “Banking with CapitalOne is NOT easy.”
