I was a member of Cobblestone Country Federal Credit Union until around September 2011, when we moved out of the area. I always found them quite helpful and their people very friendly, although at times they would get very busy at the branch I went to and people seemed sort of stressed. The tellers and customer service were well-trained and well-intentioned, but it seemed they were staffed at a level that was much too low for any sort of big rush of people. So, paydays and end-of-month banking times were a horrible time to visit, and people would have a long wait to see a teller. However, the tellers were always friendly and tried to do their best. The “short-staffing” was most evident when looking for service beyond what could be done at the teller's window, that is, when I needed a customer service representative or banker. To ask a question, apply for a loan, etc, on a busy day was next to impossible, unless one wanted to wait for a very long time.
