?WORST BANK EVER!, with WORST REVIEWS ?? !! I Opened new account because of promo ? they have, BUT... They CANNOT even FIND ? my initial deposit ??. Their ((☎️ CUSTOMER SUPPORT REP?? )) told me I could NOT have made a deposit with a debit card, even though their system had DEBIT CARD as an option, which I chose, it took the money out of the associated acct, and I had EVIDENCE ?‼️ SHOWING IT ⁉️ , with confirmation ?. She was ??ABSOLUTELY CLUELESS! ???! Then to top it off ??, I am now LOCKED OUT ?❌ of my account, my credentials go into a password vault ?? and it has NOT CHANGED?? Their 〽️?FORGOT LOGIN button ❌ does NOT work, so... I called their 1-800# AGAIN Its been 2 days, with NO EFFORT ? to contact me, no email, text alert, phone call, ??NADA!!! So... Now the CSR can DO NOTHING??! ?? SAID I have to speak to an account specialist ?? BUT I Dont think they employ any at 53 but the ONE they have only works from 8am - 4pm EST, ??the latest ANY of their support numbers answer is 6pm EST ⏰? The MISSING ??deposit thas now COMPLETED processing on my end ? ?(no longer pending) BUT.. ❌NO account access, no optrion to answer my security questions, can't use broken ?❌ FORGOT LOGIN link, NO CUSTOMER support - ☎️on the phone, by chat ?? or email ???? ?ABSOLUTELY HANDS DOWN ? THE WORST ? ? customer service ☢️ I have EVER ?? received at a 〽️ financial institution 0️⃣0️⃣. Why they are now ? begging perople to open ? new checking accounts for a $325 promo ?. ha Thats a JOKE ?! They can't process ?? a simple deposit! ❎! ??THINK TWICE ?♀️??♂️ before depositing money with this bank!!! ?⚰️ ? FIRST, look at all their TERRIBLE REVIEWS ?!! Wow! where to start with this bank. I am planning to move all of my accounts because of a problem, they did not pay a rent payment but they remove the funds from my account. I call to inform them that the rent off did not get the funds but they just return a payment from last month that was paid to cover it which caused an NSF from a payment that was already PAID!.. I went to the branch,call CS, spoke with other departments even sent an email to the VP of the company only to get nothing down, If you cant secure my money I need to take it to a bank that can.. Really SAD.....

Not a customer first company. If your account is compromised, the thieves are accommodated more than the customer. We had 2 fraudulent charges. The fraud department caught the 2nd one for 31.79, but not the 1st one for 1200. It went through despite making our account negative over 800 dollars. We had to wait until it posted out of pending to dispute it ( took two days). My husband's paycheck went in & covered the thieves charge. We disputed, now it will be 8 days before our money is returned. They are leaving us with zero dollars for over 2 weeks...at Christmas. It's their process to leave customers penniless because of thieves.

The fifth third bank card and the bank are some thieves the worst costumer service did not return anything from my card last Saturday the fifth third bank card took $119.50 from my account and it still has not returned me Nothing I called and nothing The words bank and credit card ? nothing but problems and headaches

They wouldn't allow my first 3,000 word review to go through. They robbed me and I'm going to small claims General Sessions and file a lawsuit. Everything is the banks fault, 100% and even though the bank branch manager and another bank officer says I'm right someone in corporate refuses to give me the %550 that they owe me. So I'm going to open a small claims lawsuit for triple damages and get my money. Thieves.

The bank is not what they use to be. I have been banking at 5/3 for 6 years. It was a great bank 6 years ago. Now it is a nightmare. As of lately it seems like 5/3 has been doing any and everything that is unethical. They took money out of my account for a bill on an account that they claim I was joint on and they took over $1000. The only account I am joint on is my 9 year old son and he does not have a checking account there only a savings account and he is not creating a bill for over $1000. The following week, they sent out a payment for two bills that were not even scheduled to come out. Mind you, I cancelled all bill payments weeks ago because they kept sending out the payments before payday causing the account to start off negative. When I called and asked them what had changed because all of my bills were getting paid on my pay day and now the bank is sending them out a week before my pay day. They told me nothing has been changed on their end. I told them that something has changed because this has never been an issue in 6 years. Today the same issue has happened. My husband called them a few times and each time he was hung up on. I called today and I was hung up on. The customer service is horrible. I never have been hung up on by a bank and this is not the first time that this has happened. At this point I feel that the bank is purposely sending payments out before our payday just so they can charge a bunch of over draft fees. My suggestion is for anyone to try another bank other than 5/3.

I have been with this Bank for Over 10 years and every year it’s getting worse. They have messed me over on so many transactions in the past and this time they really did it. I had a check from my lawyer that is a local check and they are telling me that it takes 10 days to clear it because it is over $1000. As consumers we really know the truth they keep that check for that long so they can make interest offer your money. They tell you that they need all that time to clear your check my check is local the bank is down the road from theirs.As soon as my check clears I am taking all my money out of Fifth Third along with seven other people in my family we are moving to a different bank. Anybody who is new and thinking to go to Fifth Third they are not a good bank.

One of the worst banks I’ve ever had a checking account with. Most of the time they won’t let you transfer money from one account to the other without calling in, and even then they refuse to do it, can’t send Zelle payments until after 6 months of opening the account, call centers are constantly busy and hold time is hours, call center reps will hang up on you. Do not bank with them!

Made an account with Fifth Third, they told me I couldn't access my account for 30 days since I'm a new member......after already setting up my direct deposit and having it go into that account. Now I have to wait and hope after 30 days I can access it??
