20-year account holder. This Bank has seen their last deposit. Multiple branches won't accept US currency in the form of rolled coins for a deposit. Atrocious customer service. Sent me the multiple branches that wouldn't accept rolled US currency because they didn't know how to count without a machine and apparently not many are authorized to use the change machine. I could go on about other issues with customer service and this Banks apparent employee caliber over the last 20 years but I'll leave it at the fact they won't take US currency from current account holder.

Have been using this bank for around 4 months in that 4 months I had to have emergency surgery my account has had to be in the negative to cover bills but it's always caught up called to ask about some forgiveness on the astronomical amount I've paid in rooster sucking fees and there wasn't a bit of help or an offer to help use another bank I mean this bank is like walking into a steakhouse and ordering a prime rib and getting a bag of frozen fries instead there are so many other places to do business that actually value as a customer this place is not that place they don't not give a damn about you or your situation my overdraft limit is 600 dollars last week because of their fees my account went to 927 in the negative they will allow their fees to be covered but not your car payment they are flucking scam artist and need to be investigated for fraud

Zero stars! Absolute WORST bank EVER! Do NOT bank with them unless you enjoy paying thousands in fees! Stick with banks that try to assist their customers by eliminating fees, like Capital One!

After paying hundreds of dollars of insufficient fund and overdraft fees for their $12 monthly fee. Twice after telling them i didn't want overdraft and they continuously do it anyway. I feel like over $500 has been stolen from me. Only to wake up to no account is found.? Well where is my money?

First National Bank Texas Sucks *** I used this bank for 10 years and watched numerous people have problems with this bank. I don't like to switch banks ... but after contemplating their tactics and fees I wouldn't recommend anyone use this bank. In fact, I wouldn't even recommend this bank to a stray dog !!!

I deposited my check two weeks ago and was racially profiled by an older blonde lady. She gave me the money I asked for yet with a questionable look. I didn't question her asking what seemed to be the problem thinking everything was fine yet the whole time she believed the check was fake. I'm truly a hard-working person and have never done that bank wrong. I'm Hispanic and for her to do that they definitely lost my business.

Horrible service!!! Did the mobile deposit and had a 7day hold on the business check (paycheck) .7 days from the deposit I am told that it will be the next business day. Unethical seizure of funds, that they draw interest on and post to account clearly showing the check cleared. Account shows the deposit but on the 7th day still not on available funds. Yhis is horrid service, especially during a pandemic when people are dependant on every check for bills. Wish they had negative stars for this review

Worst bank ever if want a bank that takes your money. For NSF when you still have money in your account afterward. they have been taking 542 in the last two months That's just insane

Open account December 1, receive a temporary card, told 7-10 business days for my card to be arriving by mail. Go inside to a First Convenience bank teller that took my deposit and changed my temp card to another temp card that has 30 days now. Activate later? I explained the difficult situation of most retail stores won't accept a card without name, and why hasn't card arrived? He says 7-10 business days. I said it's been 30! I said if the card doesn't arrive 01/11/2021 I will close this account that is causing me more money through other accounts, ATMs . His response was, Good. I DECIDED to call the customer service over weekend. They assured me my card will be here, it's not. I called today and whomever I spoke to did not feel my time was valuable, nor did she have any information to provide me. Except to say after 7 days waiting it could be next week when I finally receive my card. There are way too many banks for this treatment, seems to me that everyone is valued especially if they trust you with their lively good. Thanks for taking advantage of me and treating me with poor service.
