My family and I have been a customer of Meriwest's branch in Northern California for as long as I remember and have never had any issues with the customer service. Although most of our interactions have been very transactional, they make their policies very clear and have always offered perks to their customers. For example, our family has a habit of saving up coins and cashing them in at the end of the year. Unlike other services like Coinstar, Meriwest offers the service with no charge to their customers and do not take a percentage of the deposit. Their service are quick so we are out the door in no time.

Communications is very easy with them and I'm very comfortable just walking into the branch with questions.
