This company credited me back my overdraft to get gas for work i went to get gas and I couldn’t I paid my overdraft they still took all my money I lost my job cuz I couldn’t overdraft for gas I will not recommend this company
April 5, 2019 Here it is 2 days later after I submitted my review to tell the world how Regions bank treats its customers and they finally gave me my money back after a month of antagonizing me, but “THANK YOU” anyway. But why did it take me exposing you to the world for you to do the right thing. Of course, I will NOT be using Regions bank anymore. I DON’T TRUST THEM.
April 3, 2019 My Rebuttal to Regions Bank: DO NOT TRUST THIS BANK…You put your money in a bank to relax and have a peace of mind thinking it’s safe and protected. This bank allowed money to be repeatedly withdrawn from your account going into your saving depleting your savings instead of locking your account. I only had $500 between both accounts for my wedding. This bank allowed negative $1300 to happen. Also, the $200 reward for being a good customer, they applied to the balance owed that they allowed to be stolen from me. THAT IS RIDICULOUS. I absolutely don’t believe REGIONS is a certified real bank that are for their customers. You can clearly see that the charges are repeatedly happening at the same time, same day & same location. That is a RED FLAG that a car can’t hold that much gas (duh). I disputed, did everything that I was told to do by Regions bank Representative on the Beltway in Houston, Texas. Signed affidavit, got the Police report turned into the bank etc. Called them every day, they did nothing but LIED to me saying “We are working on it”. Still I was DENIED (3 times). Their reason for denial states “Because purchases was made using the card & a pin”. That’s why I’m writing this review to let potential customers know how Regions bank take care of their customers (THEY DON’T) Don’t be fooled by the lies…. As of today April 3rd, 2019, this is still not resolved. Regions kept on shelling out your money going through everything in your checking and savings and eventually tacked on $ of overdraft fees. Regions never locks the account because of suspicious activity. If you are looking for a good banking firm, it would be in your best interest to go elsewhere! Regions Bank has become one of the worst banking firms when it comes to Customer Service and protecting their customers. i don't usually buy into this idea it really feels so real ,i have a lot of unwanted collections , mortgages ,charged off accounts and unwanted collections on my credit reports causing me a lot of heartbreaks. i have been deprived of many benefits ,it makes my score go down to 420 .i don't know what to do until i came across dejatech007 AT GMAIL . Horrible even after fund verifications corporate put hold on my small business funds froze my accounts and cancelled my debit cards for 11 days. I will have to stop business cant buy materials for construction jobs without any money. Regions bank GO TO HELL. Im closing my account as soon as i can. Cant with the hold on it worst bank ever stay away corporate will mess you up.
I see a list of banks that are working with people on furlough, but did not see Regions Bank. I see why because I have a Sister that has been banking with them since they were the Columbia County Bank. THe way she was treated at the Thomson Branch was like she was a thief. I really do believe with all of my heart there is something crooked going on with the Regions online Banking. I think they ought to be investigated. 2 months in a row my account has been overdraft for fees up to $150. Last month they gave it back. Now around the same time this month for 1.48 my account over draft fee $109. See the online app automatically deducts and shows you what you have left in my account. Even if its in a pending mode. Something is wrong. I eagle eyed my account this month. Well here again its overdraft. We need help from them..its not fair as a customer that a lot of people are loosing their hard earning money to them. I pray that one day we will get our money back. Awful service. I spend 1 hour and 15 minutes on the phone with 3 incompetent people. And they couldn't care less. They just put me on hold and transferred me to another incompetent person. I'm actually furious at the moment. Closing all of my accounts first thing Monday morning.
I had the most horrendous experience December 21, 2018 at the Regions Bank, Belle Forest Circle, Nashville branch. I went in to add my new bride to my checking account. I was waited on by an older man, Mike Kenny, who didn't want to wait on me as he was on hold with his cell phone for his personal business, but thought he might be able to squeeze us in. He then ordered my bride's granddaughter to sit outside the cubicle and that "He would keep an eye on her."
Without asking me, he listed Debbie by her maiden name and then said to use her married name he would need a marriage certificate. I pulled our's out and he said angrily, "You're holding out on me, Earl."
Mike didn't like the way the marriage certificate was printed by the state and tried to call the issuing clerk. I guess he thought I had printed it myself and wanted to verify the veracity of it. As it was after 4 p.m. the office was closed and he refused to use her married name. I told him, "Fine, go ahead."
He then announced that he didn't like the tone of my voice and that if I didn't start behaving he was going to push the button to call the police and have me arrested. ??????? For not liking the TONE of my voice????????? As my friend would say, "What the what?"
All throughout the time we were in his office, he lectured us on things like he wished he lived in the country, that he would never come to town.
His threat to "push the button that is only two inched from my hands and have the police arrest me" indicates that he needs serious psychiatric help and should not be allowed to deal with the public.
I tried to close my accounts but as one had my daughter on it and she was not there, could not close them both. I will not return to this branch but this man is a danger to the public. Do not go there! #regionsbank #belleforrest #Bellvue #nashville…show more
I was with Regions for 2 years. They are the worse bank ever right now I am on hold with them for 20 minutes. They will not refund anything they will not help you. They gave Hertz rental car 2,000 for a 3 week rental which in turn made my account negative ?. I disputed the charge 3 times and sent them my paperwork. I just got my denial letter again they also took 2 months worth of my social security checks to cover the negative amount. They are not aloud to do that. Please watch them.…show more
When I made my account, the lady that helped me was very helpful and nice. I made my account on the first of November. I had a check deposited on the 7th. Because the check was a big amount, they put a “hold” on my account. November 13th comes around, they send a letter stating my account was still processing and my money will be available on November 17th. Still nothing when that day comes. I called customer service and they gave me the complete run around! I had to travel back and forth to three different branches. The last branch I visited, the lady told me my money would be available today—November 28th ( Money still on hold from the 7th). I called customer service once again today. Was I in rage when they told me the check was “suspicious” so it’s still a hold on it. I work hard just like everyone else. Received a letter stating they were going to close my account.
