This bank is unethical, I disputed a cashapp that I did not authorize. Because I received my mail late and missed the date to confirm on paper what I stated on the phone, they took the money back and refused to let me appeal their decision. Therefore I will no longer be using them for direct deposit nor will I use them ever again. I want a bank that will have my back not keep my money the first chance they get.

Best bank ever! On point! If i am out of town and use my debit card, they text me to make sure I am actually making the transaction. If an uncommon or unusual transaction appears they text me for conformation. Dang! Customer service to the 10th power!

Worst experience ever opening an account. I opened a checking account 4 hours ago. I was on the phone with customer service multiple times for 3 hours just to try and get into my account online. They never could help me and the last two times they hung up on me and I was being polite. Ended up having to take more time drive to the bank and try and get some help. They ended up helping me but the 6 employees seemed too bothered to help me and never once did I hear I am sorry or can we do anything to make this better. I regret ever going to Republic to open this account. Shame on you for treating a brand new customer this way.

Hands down the worst place to bank.. I am closing on my house today and they won’t let help me wire the money over the phone & insist that I come in to do it. However, you must make an appointment to go in the lobby. My closing is at 10am and they don’t open until 9am. I tried to do it online and it would not let me and I went to do it after work yesterday and they close at 4pm. The lady on the phone acted like she could care less. Stay away if you want any customer service.

A little outdated, had some issues with some fraud charges overdrafting me with a business trip coming up and told me to borrow money from someone. They eventually got me refunded right before my trip but initial said it would take up to 10 days. If I was already out of town I would have been screwed.

This bank has the rudest employees. They do not care about their customers and don't bother to greet them when they come into the branch. I was stuck with them for a while, but finally today I was able to close my last two accounts. Even that was painful. Took 20 minutes!! They just suck, and it's not easier there. Also, their ATM leave a lot to be desired. Their technology is far behind my new bank.

My girlfriend received a check in the mail thinking it was a legitimate check. Turns out it was a scam check and the Republic Bank on Blackwood Clementon Rd in Clementon closed my account without notice. They also said that we can't open another account at that branch and stated that they didn't have to. That is a joke. I recommend that no one go to that bank and open an account.

I love the customer service I’ve received with my checking account at Republic Bank. I’ve been a customer for years and have never had any problems with the bank. In fact, they’ve gone above and beyond when it comes to service. Once, my debit card number was stolen and used for several hundred dollars in charges. Republic addressed my concerns on a SUNDAY, credited my account within days and made sure I wasn’t charged an overdraft fee!
I love Republic Bank. I never have any major issues with them other then sometimes overdrafting and having to pay the $36 fee, but that is with any bank. They offer mobile banking and mobile check deposit which is extremely convenient for me so I don't have to go out of my way to complete my banking needs. They're reliable and always do the best they can to help me. There aren't any monthly fees which saves me money.
