Worst customer service. Been a customer since commerce Bank. High employee turnover, understaffed, branch hours change without notice. They are pushing you to atm for all transactions. No human contact soon! I'm closing 5 accounts.

Today my tenant tried to send the rent using Zelle, as always, for on-time payment of my mortgage on Monday. TD also blocked my Zelle account and suggested (during a pandemic) I, “physically go to the bank and deposit cash.” I’ve never in my life felt this frustration; this is MY money, MY account and this bank is essentially holding it hostage. TD is THE worst bank in America.

If there is anything lower than 1 star I will use it it is the worst bank to deal with I got an issue with them since July and never resolved it they kept my money be aware of this bank

Horrible bank. I’ve used TD bank for over 2 years, and just recently today they decided to close my bank without any prior notice or any attempts to contact me whatsoever. I called to check and all the reps said the back office decided to close my account without providing a reason why. Doing so, made them send me a check home with my remaining balance leaving me unable to access my funds in case of emergencies. Stay away from TD.

The Wire fees are just OUTRAGEOUS, (especially INCOMING wire fee)! Almost Three times more than at other banks! So many unexpected fees and charges. Customer service is not helpful at all. Closing my account with them.

TD has the worst customer service and protection. They made a mistake and they rather blamed the customer just because they don’t want to cover the cost of their mistake. I strongly recommend not using TD if you want your money to be safe. I have canceled my mortgage application with them because of this experience plus I have withdrawn all my money from TD. Plus all my siblings are in process of taking out all their money and switching to another bank that cares and works for customer. They will all be canceling their Visa and MasterCards just like how I did and closing up the line of credit. So disappointed.
