I can’t say anything negative about UnionBank some years ago I made some bad decisions and was not able to obtain a checking account and this is the only bank that gave me the time of day and I am thankful for it.
I have been Union Bank customer since they bought out my old Frontier Bank. Union Bank is the best bank I ever dealt with. Bank tellers are very nice and helpful. It is very relaxed environment every time I goes there. There are plenty of Union Bank branches located in Seattle area, so I never have to drive far. I highly recommend this bank.
The very first bank I ever used, hopefully the last. When I started hitting my adult years, I found my initial banking services to be easy to understand, great customer service, and a very easy process all around. Since then I haave tried other banks, usually depending on my location. I have NEVER been as satisfied at any bank as I was at Union Bank. The bar is set so high for me, and I never realized it. The sheer professionalism, friendliness, and patience that I have received at several Union Bank locations has surpassed nearly any large scale or small local bank that I have ever attempted to invest myself in.
Union Bank is a great, friendly place to do your banking. It has a very family friendly feel since their branches are a little small and not too crowded. The staff is very friendly. It was very easy and convenient for me to set up my account and I've never had any real issue with the bank. If I did, I think the staff would help me out as best they could. I have a lot of confidence in Union Bank and would recommend.
Union Bank is truly the leader in relationship banking. They know your name and take a sincere interest in you needs when it comes to banking. They are polite and do not try to jam their products and services down your throat. I have never had a bad experience with them and encourage anyone who wants a more personable bank to bank with them. They helped me set up my business account which was pain free and easy to do, not only that, but they make every banking experience easier by filling out deposit slips for you and by remembering your personal needs every time you step in the bank. Union Bank of California is a five star bank. I had a joint checking account there with my grandmother. Their service was the best. Their customer service at the toll free number was outstanding. They took care of anything we needed right way. The only problem I ever had was, I had to change my address and the first request got lost. So I had to fill out the forms again. We had a free checking with them for about five years until every bank started charging. Theirs was still one of the less expensive at only eight dollars a month. In addition, we had a Visa debit card. When I needed the daily limits raised on the debit card so I could make larger purchases, they did it the same day.
My business bank is Union Bank in the Carmel Mountain area of San Diego. I chose them because they were close, but after working with them for the past year I can say I was happy I picked them. They were quick to learn my name and even remembered the nature of my business, asking me questions about it from time to time. I was able to get answers over the phone to issues I had with my account. The only negative I had was a one time check cashing issue that was resolved to my satisfaction after the manager became involved.
A few weeks ago my daughter signed up for a checking account at her local Union bank. This week she applied for a credit card also through Union Bank. Within a couple of hours her online application was approved. She received her credit card in the mail a couple of days later. She hasn’t had any issues with it yet and the customer service representatives were very helpful in activating the card. My daughter uses her card every day, since she prefers not to carry cash around. The great thing about the credit card she got is that there is no interest applied to the principal as long as you pay off the card at the end of every month.
Union Bank has the best customer service. They know me by name when I go up to the window. I have been banking with them for 5 years and they are by far the best bank I have ever had. They help me with whatever I need. A few weeks ago someone stole my credit card and used it overseas. Union Bank was very helpful. They stopped my card before I found out about it and they called me to let me know. And I got my money back in about 3 days. If you’re looking for a bank go with union bank.
I have been a customer of Union Bank for over 15 years and I must say it has been the most hassle free, painless, and clear interaction with any company I have ever had. Their lost card and claims services are absolutely fantastic, and I have a positive experience every time I go into the bank. Any free offers for checking or credit cards that I have looked into seem to be extremely fair with very few hidden attachments to them. This bank has enticing rewards that are given for sharing your personal experience with the bank with others, which I think is a great idea. Union bank is a little behind in technology such as depositing checks through smartphone, but it is rapidly gaining traction in these areas. I have never had a negative experience with Union Bank.
