The worst bank that has ever been due to the incompetent people that work there. Do not waste your time or put your money there. They are not a good bank at all.

DO NOT USE Altura credit union! My wife has been on the phone with them for about four hours. After being transferred to several people, on the phone and going in person to the branch we thought that the issue was resolved... NOPE, not even close. Come to find out that she owes $1.84 in fees, a check for $25.00 is in the mail, but in four hours of talking to their"customer service" nobody mentioned this. When she went in, nobody mentioned this. This credit union does not deserve your business.

Verified CustomerCustomer service is amazing. Everytime I have a question each rep I’ve spoke to was extremely helpful and very sweet. It’s also very easy to talk to a person instead of a machine. Very happy with this card and this company.

Overall, fairly satisfied with the services this credit union offers. I have not had many problems which needed to be addressed with their customer service. One serious issue I encountered with the credit union was overcharged fees caused by my PayPal account. Unfortunately, the credit union was very unhelpful in working with me to rectify the overcharge fees caused by PayPal. Other than the incident described, they’ve been helpful in rectifying any problems I’ve had with my account.
