American Heritage Federal Credit Union Credit Card Reviews
What's Your Rating?
I have had a Platinum card for over 15 years. My current card expired today. Since early May I have called 3 times, visited a branch to inquire why I hadn't received my new card while my husband's card who didn't expire for 6 months got his! I received 4 completely different answers. #1 in May was it shipped May6, #2 8nmperson was it would go out 2 weeks, #3 was to check next time I was in #4 was it gets mailed week before or week AFTER it expired! I have multiple cards from other banks with no balances and they all operate in timely, accurate manner. This card will be paid off and canceled..they lie or are just Incompetent. My husband, a retired VP of bank, would never do anything with them...our investments are with 2 large banks..for good reason! AMHFCU is awful!!!!!!!!
What a joke and waste of time. Bait and switch! They clearly said on their ad 3% cash back on every purchase. Then in small print that you have to scroll down to the end of the page to see it is only for 3 weeks! I applied and worked with them all day just to tell them to cancel the application after they approved it. What a waste. Will NEVER do business with this company. I wish I can give a ZERO rating. Find another bank.
