Credit Sesame Credit Cards

I opened with $100 and don't know where that money went. I don't know who to contact. The app doesn't have info to guide me to get these answers. I feel like I LOST $100.

Too long to update. Updated info is false. I’ve tried to reach them to no avail. Not sure what to do at this point because the info you have is inaccurate.

I have a credit sesame account and when it was added to my credit report my score went down 60 points which was very disappointing. When I have a credit card with a federal credit union and when that card was added to my credit report it didn't go down at all. So I would not recommend anyone with a low credit score to get their service it will only hurt your credit and that's not what anyone who is trying to build credit needs.
