This card is terrible at reporting the correct account balance to the credit bureaus. I’ve had to go in and dispute my account balance several times. It will get corrected and then go back to the incorrect account. My advice, pay this card off each month and don’t keep a balance on it.

First Hawaiian Bank Credit Card Reviews
What's Your Rating?
I then spent the next four hours trying to log in to redeem my priority rewards. The PIN that was reset, but it did not work. I called 1-800-868-2856 and ended speaking with Lewis the "Supervisor" at the call center int he mainland. Lewis's customer service is horrendous and he was as useful as screen doors on a submarine. Lewis did not even listen to one second of what I was requesting, which was help creating a log in for the priority rewards. A simple process that should have taken 2 minutes dragged on for over an hour as Lewis kept argueing with me instead of trying to help me. Not once did he do a single thing to help me with this process and kept saying "there is nothing we can do you have to contact First Hawaiian Bank at the Branch." This was a lie because he has access to all my information, but didn't want to lift a finger and thought it was more productive to anger and hassle me. Lewis is one of the worst employees at the Call Center I have ever talked to and he has ZERO customer service skills.
After Lewis hung up on me with NO resolution, I called FHB again and went back and forth with people from different departments for HOURS with no solution. FHB needs to get their act together. Such a simple process shouldn't take anyone 5 hours and STILL not get resolved. Please have someone contact me at who will actually help me set up this account, its really not that hard.
