This is the worst banking service ever. I was having problems with my purchases. I called them and explained to them that I was having problems with using my card on Saturday. The lady asked me for my phone number and she sent me a security code to my phone. So, I gave her the security code thinking she was going to let me know what the issues were. She then proceeded to tell me that the she could not tell me that she could not tell me what the issue was, that I would need to visit a branch to deal with the issue. I explained to her I received the card in the mail. She totally muted me and came back to the phone and didn't not even care. She hung up on me while I was talking to her. I am closing this account ASAP. I WILL NEVER USE THIS BANK. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BANK.
