NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM - they dropped my credit limit 2 times their reason because I did not have a revolving account like a car or home.. of course not I paid off the car why would I get into debt when I just got out of it. and not only that my payment history and on-time monthly due are 100% satisfactory - thanks to them my credit score went down

How do I make an Amazon Store Card payment?

To make an Amazon Store Card payment, log in to your Synchrony Bank online account or call 1 (866) 634-8379. To pay by mail, send a check or money order to Synchrony / Amazon, P.O. Box 960013, Orlando, Florida 32896.
You must make at least the minimum payment by 5 p.m. EST on the Amazon Store Card's due date to avoid any late fees. Synchrony Bank will credit payments the next business day if received (or postmarked) after that deadline.
However, you may have to wait several days before the payment amount is reflected in your available credit. The number of days it takes a payment to post depends on your payment method. Payments by mail may take up to 5 business days to post to your account. So for faster service, submit payments either online or by phone.
How to make an Amazon Store Card payment:
- Online: Log in to your Synchrony Bank online account to schedule a payment. You can make a payment any day during the billing period up to the due date. From the Payments tab, scroll and click “Make a Payment.” Select the payment amount and include your bank's routing number and account information. Verify your payment information and click “Make a Payment.”
- Phone: Call Synchrony Bank customer service 24/7 at 1 (866) 634-8379. When prompted, press “2” and enter the last 4 digits of your Social Security number (SSN). Follow the voice prompts to make a payment or speak to a customer service representative. There's no charge to pay by phone, except for expedited payments.
- Mail: Send a copy of your Amazon Store Card monthly statement and a check or money order made out to Synchrony / Amazon to P.O. Box 960013, Orlando, FL 32896. Make sure to include your account number on your payment. Synchrony Bank only accepts payments drawn from a U.S. bank account and does not allow cash payments. Make sure the envelope is postmarked by 5 p.m. EST on the due date for it to be considered on time.
As of today, Synchrony Bank offers a 23-day grace period from the close of the billing period until the payment due date. If you make your Amazon Store Card payment in full during this timeframe each month, you'll avoid paying interest charges.
You also have the option to set up your account for recurring payments online. Enter your bank account information and select your desired payment amount. Choose from the minimum payment due, statement balance, current balance or other amount. Synchrony will debit your account for the designated amount on the scheduled payment date each month.
