Come mitt bank is wonderful and easy to work with on your credit card bill. Very friendly staff and love Hot Topic as a store. The people that work at all locations near me actually have become friends. It feels like a family atmosphere, oddly enough, but simply because of the people that work for HT.

Closed my account without telling me because I have not used the card in 17 months. Customer stated they automatically close accounts not used after 2 years. 24 months is not equal to 17 months.
