they need to update my payoff, they keep saying my I own them $405 dollars pus they didn't approve me for a master card but approve me a payPal credit card I will not used this company again

This account is a PayPal digital Credit line. It is purely for online shopping no card to keep up with its integrated into your PayPal account ad a payment option. Comes in handy for small online purchases.

So thankful for PayPal credit it will allow us to purchase and pay over time a very valuable thing at this time and the awful economy
