Regions Bank Credit Cards

i love regions only downfall is there's only one in my town so it's always busy i wish they would open another location they have always been friendly n try there best to help me build credit n give me options to help me stay on track with spending

I have been with Regions since they took over Amsouth and before that I was with First American. The bank has taken care of me and caught people twice in an attempt to rob my account.

I have been with Regions only since October and when I opened my account I was referred by a good friend of mine. Since then I have had nothing but issues and the account is more than an inconvenience then anything else. I have had to make 6 visits to the bank for things that I feel could be fixed over the phone. It took me 3 visits to get my address updated because when I went the first two times I still wasn’t able to use my debit card for every day purchases like order a damn pizza or make online purchases because my zip code didn’t match the records. Now my newest issue is that I’m having issues paying bills through Zelle. They claimed it was because I recently updated my address “again”. I literally waited on hold for over an hour, got transferred twice and then I got hung up on while waiting on hold with the third rep. I got tired so I waited early next morning, after 50 minutes of holding and speaking to two reps that claimed it was taken care of. I disconnected the call tried to make bill payment again and found out that the same issue I wasted two hours of my time on were just a waste of my time because now I have to call back again. I’m at the point where I’m just going to close my acct and go back to Sun Coast. I’ve had them for 6 years and Wells Fargo for 11 years, never had I had any issues like this with either of those banks. I have an appointment for Saturday to close my account. Thank you for wasting so much of my time.

Regions was a decently easy bank to work with for a while until they shut down my wife’s account during a pandemic with no notice except for the one they sent in the mail with all her money in a check. This happened because she was sending money to Russia since she liked to buy her dogs from there(better quality for some breeds). However the bank tellers who did this wire never told us that wasn’t allowed. Her name was on my credit card as well so they closed my entire account once again with no notice until the day of closure when absolutely killed my credit score my 76 points. My wife had to go a whole week with no answers or access to her money all cause she wanted to buy a dog from Russia. So much for freedom. This business is trash.

regions has been good to me and my family. I am in the process of improving credit to the max by paying off some of the cards now.

Great entry level credit card for people that are new credit and who are trying to establish credit or building credit for their future.

Great bank to deal with from checking, savings, loans and credit cards. Would recommend them to anyone, they helped me to build my credit

Agree with others who note the WORST customer service...I've written three emails and made several phone calls about online problems with having any view of my credit card transactions. The email responses appear to be written by people who can't understand English (responses don't respond to what I'm asking), and the first customer service promised to remedy the problem in 7-10 business days (which was too long!). And when thee resolution didn't occur after two weeks I called again to find it might take another 3-5 days. Do NOT recommend these folks, at least in their IT and customer service areas.
