TruMark Financial Credit Union Credit Cards

Very good rate 5.99-12.99, friendly staff, easy to access with app or local banks, with very good car and home rates. cons a bit of delay between locking/ unlocking card through app.

While I had enjoyed a good experience with TruMark for many years, I have lost all respect for them due to their incompetence and poor service after my wallet was stolen and thieves charged about $3000 to my TruMark credit card.

First, I just learned that although I contacted them immediately upon learning that my wallet had been stolen, they failed to file a fraud report, and also failed to issue me a new credit card; they simply cancelled the old credit card and left the charges there for 16 days.

When I asked if they could rush me a new credit card, they flatly said No.

When I asked if they could confirm that I would not be held responsible for the interest on the elevated balance, they told me that I "should not" be held responsible for that.

When I asked when I might be able to review this matter with a manager, I was given a 6-hour window in which she might call. That's right - 6 hours.

If this sounds like proper customer treatment to you, go ahead and sing up with them; otherwise, stay the hell away.

Today im closing all my accounts with.trumark . Customer service is always rude and today conversation sounds like she owns the bank
Had 4 car loans , savings , checking and credit card
And got the preapproval letter for mortgage is a shame that new staff are deteriorating the reputation of this bank

I came to this credit union since I bank with a military-sourced credit union and they are part of the credit union network, thereby allowing me to do transactions. Convenient, friendly, courteous and affable treatment. I love the folks there and they're genuinely interested in customer satisfaction.
