Best card ever recommended never thought I was gonna be that better on score simple and best fast approval to better my score try it !

I had a great experience getting this card. Refinanced my car, and got the card in about 1 hrs time. Very professional help and courteous.

United Federal Credit Union is the current incarnation of First Resource Federal Credit Union since they merged. A lot has changed since that happened--not all for the better. They are much less personal than they used to be. There used to be a lot of friendliness when I interacted with their employees. Now it's more like any old bank I have used. It seems with all of their rapid growth they have lost their "personal touch," which is disappointing. I miss the way they used to be. Their new ATM's are pretty cool, though. You don't have to mess around with envelopes anymore and it counts your cash deposits or reads your checks that you deposit. I really like that. Their website is a little cumbersome, but not bad. Overall, they're about average in my book. I'd like to see more of their personal service come back to the credit union. Otherwise they're really no different than a bank.
