Denied for this credit card. Not happy with their customer service, and their underwriters aren't very good. Loans can have low interest rates and are decent, but the credit card process is inept.

U of M credit union helped my family in a time of need. We have a credit card that we’ve had with U of M for 2 years. We recently (48 hours ago) contacted them because of the corona virus and both of us being laid off of work. Not only did University of Michigan credit union skip our payment for March but extended our credit limit $1,000 so we could get groceries and household items we couldn’t afford otherwise. In a time of need I couldn’t be more thankful for the University of Michigan credit union for helping my family. We are forever grateful. Thank you so much! Smart/Prain Family
