What's Your Rating?
I’d give 0 stars if possible. I’ve had issues since my very first order. Within 2 days of getting it, I spent over 10 hours on the phone trying to get things figured out. And now I’m on the phone with Goldman Sachs (who owns the Apple Card) and now a GS supervisor and they can’t figure out what’s going on and won’t help. They say it’s an Apple issue (even though I was sent to GS from Apple because they said it was a GS issue!!!. AND GS won’t talk with Apple and figure this out together.) I had read about folks having issues but thought more folks who were dissatisfied would review vs those who happy with it so went ahead. I’d get it as I needed new apple products. That 3% back or the financing IS NOT WORTH IT!!!!!
DON’T GET IT!!!!
