They have terrific products and nice sales frequently. However, this bill that is continuously being reported on my credit was paid off for several months. I need better review from them so that my credit is accurately reported each time. Thank you in advance!

Never ever get this card I swear it is the worst mistake I ever made in my life I have not use this card in over two years and yet sporadically they will send a negative amount to my credit report and I just dropped my credit down from good to bad because of this credit card and another one from the same bank that I have not used in years. These are the worst credit cards on earth don’t get them

My account was paid in full and was in good standing. It had been dormant for months, but I didn't want it to be closed. On my credit report, it stated that the account was closed by the credit grantor. It was marked red. Seems that you should be notified before that happens, and even then it should say "paid".

I made my credit card payment on the 12th like I was supposed to but did not realized that I had to make the payment by 8pm ET. My payment was made at 7:59 CT. Although the manager agreed that it was an honest mistake, they would NOT remove the $27 late fee that was applied to my account. They stated that they do not give one time courtesy adjustments even if they understand the situation. I am livid and wished that I never would have accepted this card!

I have been an Ashley Stewart card holder for two years I have received three increases for good credit behavior I paid my balance off in full in June and decided to go to the store (for the first time in store) to buy an outfit for an interview I thought I had full access to my credit since I paid the balance off in full thirty days ago, and as we speak the app says it's available to spend go in the store ready to checkout and the rep tells me she has to call the customer service line I'm not thinking anything of it because I have never used the card in store so I thought it was a security feature turns out they tried to tell me my account was in active and I needed to reapply for credit??? What so I went ahead and played the game to be denied. Well I said I don't understand seeing how I just paid the account off 45 days ago. She tells me oh it's because they haven't ran my credit in a while.. I just got a credit increase six months ago..? So my purchase was not made and the embarrassment in the store the only thing the rep on the phone could say was sorry . Sorry doesn't make me feel any better or less embarrassed or confused. I asked why I wasn't notified she said oh in not sure you should have received a letter letting you know your account was closed. Maybe I didn't receive a letter because my account isn't closed it's still open according to the online app. I am so done with this company. The in-store rep was shaking her head like yes this happens alot. I don't understand how this company manages to stay open. So back to lane Bryant and torrid I go.

ashley stewart credit card is the worse of the ones controlled by community bank. most of the times when you swipe it in the store it takes forever to show up on your online statement. when i schedule a payment online it usually is returned to me because ashley stewart take about a week or so to take the money out of my account. i attempted to close my account and they sent me around in circles trying to keep me as a customer. i wish i would have cut up this card before it came to my house because honestly it does nothing for me. there are no special sales for ashley stewart cardholders and they are so stingy with coupon codes. worse credit card ever!
