The Aspiration Zero is not a metal credit card, as it is made of plastic like most other credit cards. There's no functional difference between a plastic card like the Aspiration Zero Card and a metal credit card, though, so don't dismiss the Aspiration Zero Card just because it isn't...

Should be illegal for them to remain in business. Opened my line @ $17k, charged a small balance and paid the minimum for 3 months. Card was randomly blocked, had to call a dozen times to get a resolution, and the only way they were willing to unblock the card was by lowering the limit to $6100.
This account was then closed 4 months later, after keeping all payments on time.
If you do not plan to pay the balance in full every single month, plan to have your card privileges revoked and the card marked as closed on your credit report.
This is a shady business and I expect them to close doors soon.

Worst customer service. They blocked my card for no reason and then won't unblock it. They won't answer their phone. They won't even send me a new credit card. That company sucks.

High credit limit! I! $10,100. I opened up and Aspiration checking account a few years back whenever it first came about. Even though I hardly used the spend account, opened up an Aspiration zero credit card and they gave me a starting limit of $10,100.

I got both the debit and credit cards to save the planet and I was excited. But they do not do the banking 101 correctly so I am out. Too bad! - recurring transfers stopped working after a year and they are still working on it, which causes overdraft and missed payment issues on my checkin account - it is actually a known issue that many customers have apparently - I received the credit card and made a large payment with it. They told me it was over the daily limit so I needed to make a payment in two installments (paying furniture and paying shipping twice in that case, nope) and after escalating there was nothing they could. I told them I would quit if they do not solve or at least offer compensation which they did not. So even though I made all my research to get as green as possible in my banking and landing on them, I have to go. #1 thing on banking is trust and they lost mine. So will look for another environmentally minded bank that actually masters the hygiene factors of banking
