As soon as covid hit my card of 18 years changed all policies and quit giving me help even though I've always paid in full or on time, never missed.

At a time when interest rates are low, this card carries a hefty interest rate by the end of all the promotions from opening it. Not good. I keep this one paid off all the time.

The At&T Universal Savings Credit Card has a top notch points system. The points system seems to be better than any other card on the market, despite what other posters are saying. 10,000 for spending $500 in three months makes it a top notch incentive program. 1 point for every dollar spent is also quite amazing, and it is usable on pretty much anything, as they state, from electronics, to music, to travel. There's also no annual fee, and the rates, while high, are nothing higher than the norm.
The only thing I would really change about the card and its terms is give it a lower interest rate, but, all in all, it is a great card with really favorable terms.

The AT&T Universal Savings Credit Card is a points based rewards system, as opposed to cash back or airline miles. It is an excellent card for saving 5-10% on AT&T products and services. I use it to pay my cell phone bill, and my internet bill. This beats my normal credit card, AMEX Blue, of 1% cash back for the same purchase. On top of that, you also earn points towards rewards that can be redeemed at their store. For a bill, or service that I'd normally receive zero rewards for this card can't be beat!

This card (AT&T Credit Card) has a rather large difference in rates, from 13.99 to 23.99 percent, and it makes me wonder if the rate itself fluctuates more according to the wishes of the credit card company than what I actually do with the card. The points system is a joke; spend $50,000 and get a $500 gift card for music and games? That seems outrageous, and I'd personally rather stick with a card that allows a person to get points toward travel, like the JetBlue card. All in all this seems like a decent card if you're a heavy AT&T user, but there doesn't seem to be much else going on here in the way of rewards.

I think this card has pretty great terms. The first thing that I like is no annual fee. I don't like feeling like even if I don't use my card, I still have to pay a fee to use it. This card has great rewards like 1 point for every dollar spent, and if you're already an AT&T customer, this money would probably already be spent, so why not earn points for it! I love that you get discounts on phones and AT&T services, I have not seen another card that offers that. The 0% introductory interest rate is awesome, and even after that, the rates are very reasonable.

The AT&T Credit card offers some decent rewards! You can get 10,000 reward points just for spending $500 in the first 3 months! You also get one reward point for every dollar spent. You can cash your points in for great rewards including $100 in gift cards! Who doesn't like a free gift card!? The card also offers 10% off a lot of AT&T products for the first 12 months! All in all, this isn't a super fantastic rewards program, but is pretty decent!

I like some of the offers with this card! I have the AT&T Access Citibank card and you have to spend TWICE the amount to get 10,000 points. The Access Citibank card gives you 2 points for each dollar spent, as opposed to this card's 1 point per dollar, but I think that only applies to like certain purchases (including anything from AT&T). And I've found that more than half of the purchases I make online do not earn points. I'm going to guess that applies to this card too. They're pretty similar in most ways but I really like that with my Access Citibank card there is no limit to how many points you can earn, and I guess there's a 50,000 per year cutoff. One other big 'pro' for this card is that there is a maximum APR penalty. That is definitely not the case with my card, it changes all the time. I wish I could combine the two cards!

The AT&T Credit card is a pretty good choice.
The interest rate is variable but generally, if you're responsible, stays low. The rewards are really good, lots of points to be had if you use the card. It's the best part of this card.
On the downside, the interest rate can swing higher but even then the rate is pretty competitive.
All in all, if you're a fan of the company you'll like this card.

With the AT&T Credit Card I get 10,000 bonus points for using 500.00, what a great deal. I remembering using my 500.00 on my Disney trip and I got the 10k points I was so happy. I remember using my points for a 100.00 gift card for my wife. The only thing I dislike about this card is the APR it is very High. The customer Service for AT&T is really good they are very friendly and helpful with alot of information. When I went to my trip My card got blocked and when I called them, they were so helpful. I loved the experience I had with them.
