What's Your Rating?
By far the worst card I have ever had. The website is abysmal, & customer service nearly non-existent. Now that the minimum spend is gone for AA there is no reason for this card to exist. The citi card is the same thing but has actual receptive help and a functional website.
I had already paid the amount due, prior to locating the charges and I was concerned that I wouldn’t receive a refund from the fraudulent purchases. Not only did US Airways MasterCard overnight a new card, but they promised that the investigation would be completed within 7-10 business days. They further stated that if the charges were deemed fraudulent, I would have a full refund credited back to my account.
Less than 5 business days later, I logged back into my account and found that I had been fully refunded for each charge. US Airways MasterCard was quick to react, quick to investigate and quick to refund the money. I have nothing but good things to say about this company.
