What's Your Rating?
I have used this card for 5 years with no problem. Now that I have airline charges to dispute, they have required 3 call backs thus far. This requires navigating their system each time and 30 minutes plus on the phone each time!
I recommend Citibank's AA cards because they have a huge retail banking presence in the US. Barclay's does not, thus the HUGE inefficiency. Once the refund is processed, I will cancel the Aviator red and go back to CITIbank.. IN years past, I had to file a charge dispute with Citi and they are efficient and easy- Far from it with Barclays.
