This was another card that I got even though I really didn't need it, because I opened an account with the bank and they sort of pushed it on me. In this case, they immediately extended me a 0% promotional period, and because I was changing jobs at the time. I used it for a couple months and only made minimum payments. It didn't take long for them to just immediately close the account, even I didn't owe them any interest and had never missed a payment, which left me confused about why they gave me the card in the first place, and especially why they gave me the 0% offer. Second time this has happened to me. I got a letter explaining it that showed up a couple weeks after it had happened; it would have been nice of customer service to contact me with a heads up prior to me suddenly finding out the card didn't work anymore, but since I didn't really *need* the card I didn't care that much. I had no contact with their customer service other than that. Other than that the card was unremarkable, average line of credit, interest was a bit high. I had a hard time making payments, since they really pushed using their mobile app, which was kind of buggy, hard to navigate, and frequently unavailable. I couldn't really recommend this card to anyone if they've got decent alternatives.
