Sure, there are no foreign transaction fees.
Capital One doesn't have monthly fees for their credit cards, at least none that I know of.
Moreover, Quicksilver doesn't have an annual fee either, so you shouldn't be getting any random fees. Of course, you do have a monthly minimum payment, but that's only if you carry a balance.

Love my card and my cap1 platinum card, only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 is because with the platinum card you start with a 300$ credit limit and after you pay on time for 6mos it goes up to 500$ automatically but with the quicksilver it's got the cash back which is nice but you don't get a higher credit limit after a certain amount of time making payments on time to prove your creditworthiness so that's the only part that sucks about the quicksilver compared to the platinum otherwise it's awesome with getting cashback you can put toward your balance or get a check or use to buy things online etc... I just wish I could up my limit past 300 without it affecting my credit having to ask for it. Otherwise, Cap One is the BEST card brand to ever go with!
I have had this card for 2 years and love it this far, it's not a card with any rewards or fun stuff but if you want to establish great credit with a card that gives a credit increase and shows good faith. This is it! The app is so easy to use and not overly done. I subtracted 1 star because they report a full week after you pay your bill and sometimes it ends up being over that 1 month before you see a change on Wallet Hub so it's a waiting game.
I keep a balance on my card to show I am using it. I pay more than my minimum payment. Every 3 or 4 months I pay the whole balance. The credit available will increase every 5 months long as you're making payments.
