The Chase Sapphire Rewards card is the best credit card I have ever had without a doubt. The customer service that this company gives far exceeds the standards set by its competitors and has won my business despite being asked to apply for many other cards. The rates are great for my personal needs which include grocery shopping, traveling, gas purchases, and gift purchases. If you have a Chase account then the experience is just made better because you can combine your accounts to make it easier to reconcile your accounts at the end of the month. Definitely recommend to new credit card users.

I’m relatively new to the Chase Sapphire card but was eager to take it, and so far so good. I took it for the bonus of 10,000 starting points towards some traveling plans. A fairly large purchase was coming up so I figured I'd put it on this card. It was like saving $100 bucks. There's no annual fee so it works perfectly in that respect. My experience with customer service has been good. I've found if you work some of these points cards they cay really pay off. As far as rates and fees with Chase, they are a little high. I try to pay the balance down quickly. With earning points and no annual fee to worry about it works out.

My wife and I have had the Chase Sapphire card for some time know and are thoroughly satisfied to this point. We have had a myriad of credit card over the years which has given us a lot of experience with credit companies. Having consolidated our debt a few years ago we paid off and closed most of the accounts at that time. Deciding that another card was needed we applied for the Chase card. The rate was good, but it has been the service that keeps us loyal. Anytime there is a need to contact customer service the experience has been pleasant and helpful. We had no problems when questioning charges or for any request. I would recommend this card and this company.

I have had my Chase Sapphire card for probably close to 10 years. I first used it for 3% back on gas, but then they switched to a points system. I now have accumulated almost $500 worth of points which is awesome. I am hoping to accumulate even more so that I can use the money to pay for my honeymoon someday. What I really like is they give you double points for restaurants. I also like the website which is very easy to use and I setup automatic bill pay so I never have to go to the post office ever again.

I have had my Chase Sapphire card for about 6 months and so far so good. Reward points are credited as they should be and the online banking service is great. The rewards mall is huge and the payout options are very flexible. They are primarily why I chose this card in the first place. Not being locked into a certain type of reward is great. I can buy airfare, items through the rewards mall, or get cash back on my statement. I have not had to use customer service, but I understand they are one of the better operations in the industry. The card doesn't disappoint and I'm sure you won't be either.

I've had my card for a little over 2 years, and it has not disappointed me yet. Their customer service is very friendly and have been very helpful in a number of manners. My husband and I took a trip for our anniversary and one night he lost his credit card. The next morning he called, and they helped him go through his previous charges and then helped him cancel the car. We received a replacement within days. I was very impressed with how nice and helpful they were. I also really love their reward system. Just for getting the card I got 10,000 points within the first 3 months! And after that you get 1 point per 1 dollar, and in some cases 2 points. They are easy to redeem and they have a ton of options to redeem your points for. I recommend this card to all of my friends.

The best part about this card isn't the rewards or customer support (which are great), but that fact that the credit card number is on the back of the card. I have had countless confused expressions from people about this card because the numbers aren't where they are supposed to be! I think this is great because it forces the cashiers to pay attention to the card and really check that it is legit, that I am the authorized user, plus it's a fun way to start a conversation with people. The rewards are awesome, and Chase's online system for credit card managing is the best I've worked with. I haven't had any fraud issues but have heard that Chase is great for resolving them. Hope this helps you figure out the best card for you!

I have just recently within the last year received this card and I decided to get one because my wife has had it for a while and has had nothing but good things to say about it. I used the low balance transfer percentage when I first applied and that alone has saved me so much money coming from a higher percentage card the balance was previously on and allowed me to pay the balance down much quicker. I have also found the customer service to be outstanding I made a call because there was a purchase I was curious about and during the call the representative I was dealing with noticed that I also have a mortgage with Chase and while I was on the call not only did he take care of the charge that was in question but also managed to reduce my cards interest rate byt 1.5 percent because I have my mortgage with them. I was completely surprised by this honesty and amazing customer service to go above and beyond for me. I have had many credit cards and dealt with many reps in the past and I never recall a customer service rep just randomly finding out that he can reduce my interest rate, This was an experience I share with others and will keep me a Chase customer for years to come.

My wife and I have been using this credit card together for the past three years and I absolutely love it, I don't even use other credit cards because this one works so well for me. I do sometimes carry a balance and the rate is so low I forget it even exists most of the time. We also get rewards whenever we use it, so I can get movie tickets or gift cards, but now I just connect my rewards straight to amazon and use the money there, which is always exciting. Chase is a trustworthy company that I have been with ever since they took over Washington Mutual, which I had been with since 2000, so I trust them to take care of my needs every day.

I got this card about 2 years ago and it has replaced all of my other cards and it the only one I use now. I originally got it because I wanted a card from a bank I trust and I also heard that the customer service with this card was top notch. The sign up was quick and easy and I got my card with a week or two. You get free reward points upon signing up (I can't remember the exact amount) which was a nice way to start. I have found that the reward system is easy to use, points are easy to earn and redeem, and they have rewards that I actually want/use. I dealt with customer service one time, when I lost my card while traveling. They handled everything quickly and efficiently and I had a new card before my trip was over. All in all, while the rate is only average, the rewards program makes this card worth giving a shot.
