I got this card about 8 months ago because I needed a card that offered rewards. After doing some research the Chase Sapphire Card seemed like it would be the best deal. They offered me 10,000 points to sign up and there is no annual fee. I have not had to contact anyone at the company yet, so as far as customer service, I really do not have any information. At this point in time I have no negative comments. Some of the positives about this card are that I can go to their website and check my points balance at any time. Also on purchase at restaurants, I earn double points. I have made a habit of using this card exclusively when dining out to take advantage of this. The points really seem to add up quickly when doing this. So far, very positive experience.

I got this credit card because I wanted to transfer a balance from another credit card with a higher interest rate. The customer service was great concerning the transfer transaction. I was a little disappointed that there was an additional fee for transferring the balance, but overall I believe it was a good investment. I would have paid much more in fees/interest had I not transferred the balance. I really like the rewards program because I am all about getting paid to make purchases. I am hoping that this card with the reduced interest rate will really help me to get my debt under control. I hope that I will continue to have great customer service experiences and be able to keep my debt on this card and pay it off in a reasonable amount of time.

I first wanted this credit card after seeing my mother having it since it was so pretty, a sapphire blue, who wouldn’t want it! But after getting it I was extremely satisfied with having it. It gives you such superb rewards, like getting 10,000 bonus points after the first three months and you spend $500. Also, if you spend a certain amount of money you can get that money back which is pretty awesome. You can also get offers relating to miles, which is about 20% off the airlines that are partnered with it. I was really worried at first about the interest rate, but after having it for a while I realized that it was nothing I had to worry about at all, I didn’t even notice the annual fee or interest rate since it is really small anyway.

I got this card based on a recommendation from a friend and can't say I've regretted the decision at all. Aside from having a nice little reward system, it also has barely any fees whatsoever to speak of. Not to mention, the customer service here is some of the best around. They've always helped me with my issue, been very polite, and acted as if they actually cared about my inconveniences. It's also worth mentioning that the online service they have in place is very easy to use, highly efficient, and has a solid amount of security behind it. I honestly don't see myself changing my card ever again and absolutely recommend it to anyone (especially any college students) looking for a new card or alternative to the one they already have.

I got this credit card because I wanted to improve my credit. This credit card gives you great rewards. It has a nice introductory incentive, you can earn 10,000 bonus points after you spend $500 in the first 3 months. The Points you gain never expire and there are no limits on how many points you can earn. You can redeem points for travel, gift cards, merchandise, cash back and more. I have to say that I am a big fan of this credit card and this one is definitely solid and a nice reward to have for anyone. It also has a twenty four- seven dedicated service advisor. I love that. I hate to talk to machines.

I have owned this Credit Card for several years, being upgraded to Chase Sapphire a couple of years ago. Normally, I would keep a small balance, and sometimes I would pay it off entirely. Overall, I have had positive experiences with this credit card. Two examples jump immediately to mind. First, my wife was traveling in Asia for school and she used the credit card to purchase something. I immediately received a phone call from their fraud detection unit asking me if these charges were authorized. Second, I have occasionally used the automated systems with operators' assistance. The bank's customer service has always been wonderful. Finally, and most importantly, I have enjoyed the rewards I have received. I have mostly taken cash back, but a long time ago, I would seek travel benefits and electronics and never had a problem. I would strongly recommend this bank for credit card usage.

I jumped on the chance to get 40,000 points from Chase when they offered it a few months ago. So far the Chase system and credit card is a relatively good credit card that offers a prorated amount of miles, approximately 20% off partner airlines. After earning your points you can also cash them out for cash if you so prefer. I've only had to contact Chase once to inquire about a charge and the customer service rep was kind enough to delete the charge as it was on their fault of their system. The APR is normal (~14-18% depending upon your credit worthiness) for a rewards card. Great card with a few perks that make it worth it. My Chase Sapphire is branded a visa so when the vendor doesn't take AMEX or Discover I whip this guy out to keep my rewards coming.

I have had a Chase Sapphire Card for about a year now and use it frequently. I usually pay off most of my balance each month, and have been gaining rewards points too. The rewards program is great, and it's not something you will find with other cards out there. You can pick out free stuff with your points, and even get money back. There is no annual fee which is the best part in my opinion. I have not had any trouble out of the company or using the card, and it is definitely one I would recommend to others. You really need to have excellent credit to get this card, but it’s also one of the best cards out there.

Unlike most others, I did not have a positive experience with this credit card, or with this bank in general. They offered a "bonus point" program that seemed great and worthwhile, but after the first three months, I noticed that I had not been rewarded all of the points I should have been. In fact, after some calculations, I found that they had cheated me out of at least 50 % or more of my points, and when I called customer service, it took over an hour before I was able to talk to a representative, and another two hours until someone was finally able to solve the problem (after much confusion and arguments). Overall, the amount of time spent dealing with the point system issue, on top of long waits and poor customer service, was not worth it for me. I no longer use this credit card, and I have switched to one that better suits my tastes.

Out of all the credit cards that I have had, this one is by far my favorite. Although you do need to have outstanding credit to even qualify for this card, once you do, you are never going to look back. The rewards program is great, there is no annual feel, the interest rate is fairly slow, and it looks great! The bonus points are very easy to earn and I've been using it to book for travels just like what they advertise on the commercials. I would recommend this card to anyone looking for a card that offers an excellent rewards program. Another thing that I like about this card is it can be linked to your chase checking account online. It is a positive to be able to check my balance in my bank and see what I've been spending on my card. Again, that is just for customers with a Chase checking account however.
