Lied about denial of application. Over 800 credit score with all "exceptional" revolving accounts. Was told there were too many recent "inquiries." Double checked with Equifax. Equifax told me that Citi was lying. Only 1 hard inquiry made in the past year....for a car I purchased and punctually & reliably make payments on each month. Sketchy company actions....reminds me of behaviors I have experienced with companies in the past that subsequently got exposed and went belly up.

We spent a lot of money on the card for several years... but canceled it after having to deal with the customer service so many times re: a fraudulent charge that they wouldn't support us on- despite overwhelming proof that the merchant has made fraudulent charges on other customers. There are so many cards out there to pick from; don't choose this one. You need to have a card that protects you against theft!

Horrible customer service ruined my credit by lowering my limit to my balance for no reason. Will always side with the merchant run from Citi cards. They are horrible to its customers even the ones that have good credit, never pay late and have a good history.

I was approved for this card because of my relatively good credit. They gave me a very low 1k max credit limit. I use it for my business and use it ALot and pay down the balance to zero, over and over. Its been 1 year and i've requested a credit limit increase twice. Citigroup twice said no, which hurt my credit. If someone who has good credit and pays it down over and over can't get a credit increase, then who can? Avoid this bleeping card. almost useless.

They don't make money if you pay off. They need to allocate credit to people who do pay interest. So they keep your limit low since you pay your balance in full. Banks have limited resources and citi depends on interest. Go to Amex they make money on network fees and don't mind if you pay in full and not pay interest. Remember that banks have limited resources and 0 interest is a marketing gimmick that if you game well gets you on their no no list.

During times like we are going through, when this country is seeing so much unemployment, when there are people that are not even getting the unemployment benefits, when there are people in need that cannot get food even if going to food banks, or when have had to stay waiting in lines for food, when we all living in anguish, and CitiGroup which does have headquarters in New York, and when ironically, seems that has obtained a SBA loan, BUT allowing its call centers to be located in India. This is so absurd, deeply unfair, and unkind with all American citizens. Has made me upset mainly due to this, but I have spent the whole morning to trying to understand their Indian accent. Every time I called this morning, each time my call was transferred to people in India. I have accent, but I am the customer that needs to fully understand what is being said to. Shame on you! You deserve none stars, and I which I could give the lowest rating there is, sadly I am going to choose one to make sure that my review is being posted.

If you've been scammed online and pay for an item that you never receive, Citi will side with the merchant against you and take their word over yours without any proof shipment by the merchant was fulfilled. I ordered an item, paid for it and never received it. I then disputed the $100 charge. Citi contacted the merchant and the merchant said item was delivered. There was no tracking number or any proof at all that item was shipped or received. Citi was wrong on this. How can Citi rule in favor of the merchant just based on the merchant saying the item was delivered without providing proof su h as a tracking number.

Card offers no rewards -1 Star. However, it offers one of the highest limits w/ some of the lowest interests for balance transfers. I don't recommend this card for normal purchases, this card is only good for balance transfers from purchases on the right card or for those high expense bills (medical emergencies). If you book a vacation (outside of your available financial means) on a rewards card, you would be able to transfer that balance over to this card for a 3% fee and no interest for 15 months. Though I don't recommend going on vacation on money you don't have, this is a good option to save yourself lots of money on interest w/ a balance transfer. Strongly suggest this card for unexpected medical expenses. Again, charge on a rewards card and balance transfer into this card at a 3% fee for 0% interest for 15 months. 4 stars for ease of use, high credit limits and BT offers. Do not use as your primary card.
