What's Your Rating?
I had a payment return and when I called to ask why they said my card was closed. They transfered me to try and reactivate my account and said my account was not eligible. Supposedly a returned payment happened once or twice before. However I never had that problem with any other payment for any other company.
One rep even tried to tell me it's because I must not have had enough money and that I just don't understand how it works.......
It was because I didn't pay the fee to use their express payment. Now that my account is dead they allow me to make the express payments for free. The only benefit now so my payments go through and I'm not being sent to collection.
But the account was only open a couple months so it is worse on my credit history now.
