Your Credit One Platinum Visa is usually mailed the next business day after getting approved.
At the time of your credit approval, you should've received an e-mail stating that you'll be receiving your credit card in the mail within 10 business days. And then, the PIN would also follow.
They usually increase the limit automatically, but you can always request it from their website. Still, I'd wait until at least six months have passed if I were you. That'll give you the best approval odds.
You can't load this card, it's a credit card. If you're asking how to pay your bill, the best way would be online. Just make an account here: https://www.creditonebank.com/account-setup .
Some do, I got 500 CLI. There's no standard limit increase, it depends on how long you've had the account for, and how well you've kept the monthly payments.

I see all of the bad reviews on this card, but I applied and was approved. Those with credit issues have to know that there will be higher fees for less then perfect credit. I have had the card for a little over a month and I make my payment through express pay and yes there is a charge, but the amount is available right away if you need to use it. I pay the total balance due at the end of the month before the actual due date. This will insure no late payments and optimal use of the card and less fee paid to the card issuer. Use the card smart. Only use credit amount that you can afford to pay back quickly.

It's a scam. No one will work with you. They have actively tried to make it impossible to pay off and close the account. I am looking at my final payment that is overdue, but they locked me out of my account and are saying that they do not recognize my form of payments over the phone. They keep trying to convince me to keep the account open every time I call. The only time I am able to talk to a human is if I press "report stolen card" option when I call in.
I keep seeing Credit One accounts go to collections and I apologize for the fact that i used to think that the debtor was at fault. It is clear to me that Credit One is to blame. Do not get this card.

Never gives credit increase I’ve had the account for many years and will not give me a increase and closed my account on accident and shows that my account has been closed although it’s active. When I called to fix this the rep fell asleep on the phone so I video recorded him the entire time.

Customer service is awful, rude, and lack empathy. Major communication barriers so issues don't get resolved in a timely manner. Their payment system is always down and your payment does not get posted before due date & time, (even though you paid on time) they will charge you $35. You end up spending a considerable amount of time trying to resolve your issues due to their own discrepancies. If you get a late payment charge reversed, it will miraculously show back up a few days later. Almost as if the person you spoke to just wanted to get you off the phone and was hopeful you would not realize they pulled one over. It's pretty concerning considering its your money that is being taken from you without warrant or reason. I have never missed a payment, never late, and still, I spend more time fighting for accuracy. I will close after next 2 payments. You will waste your time and lose money with this company. Customer service is dead and gone...customer beware.

Filed a dispute which turned into a huge headache. They did credit my card after I contacted them as they found I wasn’t responsible. But the charge reappeared and kept rolling over into the next month after issuing me a new card. I would call and speak to someone at least every 2 weeks. Btw you’ll never talk to anyone in the US. I even received a letter stating I received a credit on a certain date which in fact I was charged the same amount again. They would not fix the issue even after repeatedly saying they would. I finally paid the amount bc my minimum payment was due and closed my account. They have no idea what they are doing. And after a year they started charging a monthly fee. Not worth having.

CreditOne seems to go out of there way to make it difficult to pay your bill. It is the only credit card i have that i can not get ebills through my bank. I am signed up for electronic statements but they get lost amongst their offers for credit line increases. And no payment due notification like other companies. Now that i have zero balance. The occasional charge or fee ends up turning into a late pay. I am pretty sure this is all by design. All else being equal I would bet they have more in late fees than any other major credit card company.
I may close the account but that would hurt my credit.

I got this card when I was trying to rebuild my credit. Now that my credit is doing better and my card is paid off, I noticed each month a tiny fee, but it was billed as interest on purchases. How could that be? I haven't made any purchases with that card in over 4 months. The annual fee billed monthly is paid in full each month, so why do I keep getting this tiny fee? After calling customer service, I was transferred and escalated to 3 different "supervisors" until finally, they said the next supervisor would call me (she has not). Allegedly, the interest on purchases comes from the annual fee being billed. I asked how is this possible when both of these charges are billed to my card on the day the statement closes? Also, how do you charge interest on a fee, as a purchase? No one could explain that, hence why I am waiting for that call back (I'm sure I'll have to call them again). The funniest part about their lie/explanation, I actually have 2 cards with credit one, both charged the annual fee monthly, yet only 1 is still being billed interest for purchases since being paid off. Makes me wonder how long they've been jerking me around with this fee. If I am being billed on nothing, who knows if they were accurately billing my interest when I held a balance. It just stood out more now, since there were no purchases! Consumers beware!

Received a credit limit increase from $300 to $800 after 6 months with on time payments, paying most of my balance off each month. Good customer service. Just a basic credit card with no extra perks.

STAY FAR AWAY, NEVER GET THIS CARD. So I am a current account holder with credit one bank. This card has very poor customer service and operating practices. I have had 2 cards with them, first one was completely paid off in full. The second card I have had with them for 8 months. My initial credit limit was $500 then 2.5 months after that I received a credit line increase to $700 credit limit on 3/15/20. Since then I have made 13 on-time or advance payments on my account. I have received 6 decline increase notices. I simply requested a credit increase to $1,000. I have a fair credit rating according to the credit bureaus with 3 other credit cards from Opensky, Reflex, and First Progress. It is my advice NOT to recommend this credit card to anyone and I'm tempted to close this account right now, but afraid of the credit hit on my credit reports.
