The Dell Credit Card is not a good credit card. Although the Dell Credit Card has a $0 annual fee and only requires fair credit for approval, it also lacks rewards, and its financing offer could really backfire if you’re not careful.

You can apply for the Dell Credit Card either online or over the phone at (800) 999-3355. The online application actually serves as checking for pre-qualification and does a soft pull on your credit, which will have no impact on your credit score. Keep in mind that you need at least fair credit for high chances of approval.
How to Apply for the Dell Credit Card Online
Visit the Dell Credit Cardwebpage and click on “Get Pre-Qualified.”
Enter your name, address, and the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number.
Click the “Check Pre-qualification” button.
It's worth noting that, if you do prequalify and want to get the card, you will need to submit an actual application which will result in a hard pull. This inquiry might negatively affect your credit score for a little while.
As with most store cards, you will need a score of at least 640 to get the Dell Credit Card. Other than a fair credit score, an income, reasonable debt-to-income ratio and no recent negatives will be elements the issuer will consider.
The Dell Credit Card, which offers 0% deferred-interest financing, is issued by WebBank. You can find more information about WebBank, including user reviews, here: https://wallethub.com/profile/webbank-13007940i/.
WEBBANK, or WEBBANK/DFS, is a credit report code for the Dell Preferred Account program. So if you have a Dell Credit Card, or you recently applied for one, it's normal for “WEBBANK” to appear on your credit report.
Your Dell Credit Card is still active, provided that you have used the card at least once in the past two years. After two years of inactivity your account gets closed automatically.

I like Dell as they offer zero interest for one year on purchases over the minimum. They gave me this card years ago even though I had bad credit.

Easy to apply, easier to use and they maintain a positive open account on your credit report for more years than required. Dell products are always of quality!

This credit account costs nothing, is very convenient, and it’s easy to use while shopping and purchasing from Dell Computers. It’s a good deal.

This card is great for financing any computer or computer accessories. They increase in the credit limit as you pay it off. Best to get around holidays like black Friday for the best deals.

Generous credit line. Can really help be helpful if you don't want to use a regular credit card and tie up your credit that could be used elsewhere.

Beware of their credit reporting practices. As I just discovered to my considerable inconvenience they appear to report your balance at the end of the month, not by statement. The impact of this being that, if you make a purchase (thus using over 30% of your credit line) and arrange to pay it off at the next due date (before you see it on your statement) , you will get dinged on your credit report. Because they report not your last statement balance, not your statement balance after paying off, but the interim state of the account at the end of the month.

Not bad financing offers but definitely not a daily driver card for all dell purchases. Tricky calculating deferred interest payments but can be useful.
