I believe with the FNB of O Speedy Rewards card it's a no. That's the one I have. But same terms same bank only I get rewards for paying bills like gas or electric at speedway gas stations.

i like The Bank Of America SECURED Visa Credit Card much better, You can Open it with $300, it does have a $39 annual fee but after 10 months of you making ON TIME Payments You can ask them to Return your Deposit and INCREASE your Credit Line, i started with a $300 Deposit and now i have a $1,700 UNSECURED Credit line with them after just 10 months...
