Avoid at all costs. I filled out the application and within one hour, First Progress deducted the funds for the deposit. I received an email about one week later stating that my money would be refunded by check as my application was denied. I am still waiting for a refund that should have never been removed from my account in the first place. When I call, they will say nothing more than to expect a letter. I wouldn't trust this organization in the least. They should have approved me prior to removing funds for a security deposit on an account that they now have no intention of opening. I can't see anything good coming from doing business with them based on my experience. I'm not upset they declined me rather I am upset that they removed the deposit prior to approval.

What's Your Rating?
Great card , haven't had any issues at all with it. I didn't have bad credit I am the opposite end of the spectrum, I don't have any. With the help of this secured card and another I have built up enough credit history to hopefully get into a real credit card. Never an issue and works everywhere.
