I found out on February 16th that my bank account had been hacked. So they froze my account to do an investigation for at least 7 days. I called the first savings credit card and ask them if they could please give me a couple of more days to make my payment so I wouldn't get a late fee. I have no way of getting into my account whatsoever I can't get no money out or put no money in and do you think they would help me? NO NO NO IS WHAT THEY TOLD ME THEY CAN'T DO NOTHING!!! So anybody going to apply for this card and run into hardship good luck my advice to you would be not even to apply for this.......

Fees - charges - RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Hey, if this is what you want to deal with, the. This is the card for you! I never received a card, actually don’t know anything about the card itself, yet I receive bill after bill of what I assume is a start up fee? Which I refuse to pay and they add on a late fee. Comical! I have called twice to have this card canceled. Both of which I dealt with two very rude ladies who interrupted me before I got to finish what I was saying! My biggest pet peeve! I will NEVER do business with any company that does this. I don’t care who it is. Learn customer service! And stop trying to penny and dime people. It’s disgusting! Stay away from this card!

This company does nothing to protect you as a user on their credit card. I have two false charges yes they are being disputed. My account was closed approximately two weeks ago and they are still allowing people to falsely charge on my credit card. We will be going to court. If you do business with this company you will get exactly what you deserve

This bank blows. I was mailed an invitation to apply for one of their credit cards. I did the initial application online, filled out all of my information, and waited patiently. Several weeks later, I receive a letter at my PO Box, asking me to send them proof of address. When I called them to clarify, they requested me to send them proof of physical address. Kind of tough, as I don't have mail sent to my home, but I was able to find something to send to them. This was clarified with the rep I spoke with - three times - that it had to be my physical address, and that I could only send it in by snail mail. It could not be scanned, faxed, or emailed.
Several more weeks go by. Each time I call the bank, it's still in "processing" mode.
Today, I call the bank. I'm now told that it had to be something with my PO Box address on it, and not my physical address...and that, yes, I'd have to mail it in. You've got to be joking.
I had them withdraw the application. I can't deal with such stupidity.
Save yourself the trouble, sign up for Credit Karma, and take advantage of one of their credit card offers. Most of them will give you a higher credit limit, with less nonsense.

Thanks for the accurate monitoring. This account is roughly 36 months old and I look at this as a way to measure my creditworthiness for personal success.

Extremely high interest plus annual fees. This card helped me when I was building credit However once a person has repaired and has always paid on time an excellent customer should they stop gouging? I required a replacement card 2 months ago still no card. This does play in my favor though. I no longer use this high interest card almost paid off. It’s time to say goodbye. I will use my cards with much lower interest rates.

This is a good card if your credit needs work. I think they are affiliated with First National Legacy and First Savings Blaze. Yes the annual fee is high at $75 and the interest rate is very high at 29.9%, but compared to a lot of other cards that gouge you with additional setup fees and monthly recurring fees it's palatable. They report to all three bureaus and regularly review your account for credit line increases. While they do have limits on the number and types of payments, I have never had a problem with them accepting the statement balance in full. Use them to help your credit recovery and then cancel the card once you get your profile where you want it.

Great little card for someone looking to rebuild their credit. It has definitely helped me out! I would give it a five star if it weren't for being invite only, higher annual fee ($75 on my account) and no cash back offers. I've had this card since March and haven't ran in to any issues as of yet.

Great card for rebuilding credit after being a homeless disabled vet for two years. Allows me to make small purchases when you don’t have the money with you.
