Pros: Reward certificates and regular access to 0% financing. Cons: I didn't use it for a year and they cut my credit limit significantly, (10K to 4.5K). There were no other factors for the reduction. I have, and continue to have, high credit scores, no missed payments, and under 2% utilization.

Good for snapping up a promo and getting a big ticket item, but don't expect to be allowed to keep it once you pay off your balance. My account was just closed after less than 3 weeks of having a $0 balance. No notice. No explanation. Nothing. Just got notified by credit karma of the closure - and that makes one less revolving account on my credit report. Thanks. I hate it!

I never had a problem with my card. Made a few purchases, paid my card off, bought more stuff, paid it off. Never once missed a payment and never paid late. Found out today they canceled my card. Have no idea why.

6 month free financing. Had this card since 18. From Colorado to AZ all customer service has been amazing, I use this card between November and December every year. I can buy higher quality equipment because my gears card and guitar center treats their customers fair.

Not a fan of the way Synchrony Bank decreased my credit limit, shooting my card usage through the roof causing my credit score to bottom out. Once paid in full these cards Will Be Cancelled and I WILL NOT be doing business with you anymore!!!!!!!!!!!! Try reporting timely as well. I’ll do without before I do business with Synchrony Bank ever again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
