How do I pay my Hyatt credit card bill?
You can pay your Hyatt Credit Card bill online, through the Chase mobile app, or by phone. You can also make a Hyatt Credit Card payment by mail, at a Chase branch, or through Western Union.
Here's how to pay a Hyatt Credit Card credit card bill:
- Online: Log in to your Hyatt Credit Card account on the Chase website. Choose “Pay Bills”, and then “Schedule Payment” in the navigation menu. After that, complete the requested info, then verify your details and submit.
- Through the mobile app: Download the mobile app (for Android and iOS). Swipe left on your credit card account and tap "Pay card". Enter the requested info, double check the details and submit.
- By phone: To pay your Hyatt Credit Card by phone, call Chase's automated phone service 24/7, at (800) 436-7958. Enter your card number, then when prompted, press the corresponding key for payments and enter your payment information.
- In person: You can make a payment at a Chase ATM or local branch during normal business hours.
- By Western Union: Log in to your Western Union online account and click on the “Pay Bills” button. Then search for Chase Card Services and fill in the requested info. Keep in mind that it might take up to 7 days before the payment is reflected on your Chase account.

Payments made online or through the mobile app typically process faster than the other methods. If Chase receives an online or mobile app payment by 11:59 p.m. ET, that amount will be credited to your account the same day.
You should also keep in mind that Chase does not accept cash payments by mail. In addition, be sure to include your account number on the front of your payment for faster processing.
