You can get a cash advance with your IHG Rewards Club Select card at any ATM. But cash advances are extremely expensive.
You'll get charged a cash advance fee of 5% (min $10) and interest will start building up immediately at an APR of 26.24% (V).
You can cancel the IHG Rewards Club Select Card and there shouldn't be any charges. If your annual fee is paid and your balance is 0, you can close your account just fine. If not, you'll obviously still have to pay those.
