USBank will not protect you from fraudulent charges! My 82 yr old mother only uses this card @ Kroger, Shell, CVS & Walgreens. Yet, she has hundreds of dollars of fraudulent online charges. We tried contacting the companies and were never able to speak with a person. Disconnected, hung up on and ignored. We filed disputes and USBank found in favor of the merchants whom she has never done business with. USBank has provided no proof that she authorized the charges. I am filing complaints with the CFPB and the FTC. Kroger should not do business with this company.

Minimum payments far exceed other cards. It takes them 3 days to post payments to your account, so make sure you pay early. The customer service is less than helpful and are very direct. A payment made after the due date does not impact the next month's Minimum payment. Even though they tell you a late charge only goes on your statement balance and not on to the next month Minimum is FALSE. So if you are a Minimum only payer, this card is not the card for you, clear shy of this card unless you can pay in full each month.

US bank is horrible! They reject highly educated with large student loans due to the Debt to Income rules. They assume that full payments will be made when I am on Income based repayment of not more than 10% of my income. Awful bank to apply with. They have a person go over most applications to deny you for any reason.
I am also a US bank customer of 8 years. That didn't help. Stay away!

Wonderful card to use if you're paying it in full every month. Otherwise, the interest rate voids any benefits the card comes with.

Total bogus and a total frustration that is going to reflect badly on your credit report and the authorized users credit score. They give you a lousy line of credit that you and your authorized users feel dengraded. I pay my balance as fast as I can just not to carry a balance onto going cycle just to keep my score up because any balance would show negativity because of the lousy line of credit. Don't waste your time and make the crappy mistake. Go somewhere else. Try Sam's club.

This is a scam.
You do NOT get fuel points when you get this card. You get REWARDS points that cannot be used for fuel.
I was told twice before I ordered the card that I would get fuel points for each dollar I spent. THIS. IS. FALSE.
If you call U.S. Bank to ask about this, they will tell you that you have to talk to Kroger. No. I'm asking you about YOUR card and the fuel points I earn using YOUR card. They will then put you on hold and put you through to Kroger customer service. EVERY time you talk to Kroger about this, they will tell you, "This is not our problem. You need to talk to U.S. Bank about THEIR rewards point."
When I got the card, one of the U.S. Bank CSRs told me he would connect it to my Kroger loyalty card, which I thought transferred the fuel points. Nope.
You only get .25 cents a gallon off when you use 100 of your Kroger loyalty card points and pay with the U.S. Bank Kroger card.
You do NOT earn fuel points using this card.
A U.S. Bank CSR confirmed this today. Posters here who say they are getting fuel points (other than the .25 cents) are lying.

This card works at our Kroger affiliated grocery store at home, but rarely anywhere else. We, too, have spent hours on the phone with both US bank and Kroger. Very frustrating. We have given up! Not even going try try away from home again.

Absolute garbage reward card. I would never get my $0.25/gallon discount at Fry's fuel stations. That and the $100 credit were the only reasons I opened the account. The points system is essentially worthless when compared to other reward programs. I just closed my account, and I suggest you do the same immediately after you get your $100 credit. Oh yeah, and when you have problems, don't even bother trying to get assistance. I was on hold for 60 minutes while the associate tried to contact Fry's Fuel program. Then she told me to try calling them back directly at a later time.

I agree with many other customers, no rewards, high interest and dishonest overall. Similar when shopping in store .they pay most employees minimum wage. From what I understand they are separate from each other. No one held accountable. They locked ,limited acces and function my account without explaining anything to me. I had received texts for codes. They didn’t inquire to find out what type of code it was for( purchase, log in, in store, payment or anything) they punish the consumer and if I thought it might be a Kroger employee I would have to do something they won’t. They didn’t even take note of the information I did have. Funny thing is they just set it up to where the Kroger employee could go ahead and steal.
This really ticks me off. Steal and ruin other hard working peoples credit and money.
