Piece of Trash! I have a few credit cards and never missed a payment. This joke of a bank sent me in the mail an offer. So I fell for it and applied then declined after running on all credit bureaus. Have no idea why but I do see 1 1/2 star ratings everywhere , many say the same thing. Don't do it!!!!!

Have had an Ollo Card for several years. It is my main card and have gotten some nice line increases overtime. I did get a negative notice from Experian, but called the Experian number (1-833-339-1518) and they clarified that the error was removed and that my score is back to normal.

After Ollo had an online outage, I found out the "outage" caused them to report my account to Experian as charged off. Cause my credit score to drop 24 points. Can't get anyone on the phone, wait time is over 30 minutes and after 30 minutes it is still over 30 minutes. Considering legal action.

I never miss payments on my account and all of a sudden I received a notification from Experian that my account was charged off and my credit score dropped 10 points! How is a technical issue caused this to happen?!?!

I have been a loyal customer with Ollo since April 2018 with an excellent payment history. I cannot check my account balance on the phone app or online. On the app, it stated that the account was closed. Online, it states the company is aware of an issue. The company should have notified its customers via e-mail or text. I tried to use my credit card and it was declined twice. I have been waiting

Card received, Activated, account closed before 1st billing statement. Stay away. Can't even reach customer service to resolve. This scam hurts your credit more than helps will report to BBB. Now I am without a card. Have a hard inquiry and a credit score drop

I'm giving a 4 star on previous performance at OLLO. I always paid on time and more than the monthly bill. I think they are having a computer glitch. I'm still on hold on the phone, for more than 20 minutes so far. From what I've read below from other customers, this has to be a computer glitch. Hang on, people.

Today tried logging on to my account. It said is was closed and I have been unable to reach the number given by phone. I have been a customer for years and my account is current and not over the limit. I have had no problems with this account until now. I don’t quite understand what is happening.

With on-time payment histories, both my husband and I were summarily canceled today, without notice or explanation. Cannot log on and have spent literally hours on hold now trying to reach customer service rep without success. Absolutely maddening and completely confused.

Absolutely HORRIBLE. I have had this card for a year. Never ever made a late payment. I just used it Friday for $300 and also use it for a monthly subscription box. Last night (Sunday) I received an email from the subscription service stating my payment couldn't be processed. When I opened the app it said my account was closed. Tried calling. Impossible to get through. Very shady . My credit is over 700 so

After maintaining the card in good standing and paying on time, Ollo shut down my credit card without notice Called into customer service to handle the situation and spent over an hour without anything being resolved. Couldn't access anything online and had previously scheduled payment literally for the day it was closed.

Customer Service Sucks. It took 3.5 months to get a credit on a disputed charge. Kept getting the excuse that it was due to Covid 19 taking so long. Also, my income almost doubled and they refused to up my credit line, as I charged between 2 - 3,000 per month. I quit using this card 7 months ago and they never contacted me to find out why nor did they up my credit limit.
I would go with another company. If i could i would give them a negative score, so a 1 is the best they can get.… show more

I haven't had the card long but I used it to pay off bills. I had knee surgery in may and they did work with me on that, but I just tested Positive for covid Tuesday and am in quarantine. So no working, no money to pay. They said the only option they had since they used the covid thing for my knee surgery they couldn't do anything but close the card which would reduce
the payment to $30. Stupid people. If I could pay $30 I would just pay the $41. Sitting here sick as a dog and they can't put 1 payment off? Thx Ollo. After card is finally paid off I'll be chopping it up… show more

I've had my Ollo card for nearly two years, paid my balance in full every single month (as I do with all my cards that have better points from different places), and have relatively the same score (over 700) I had when I received the card and completely out of the blue I received a letter in the mail saying they closed my account due to my credit (which doesn't have a single late payment
for anything). And since there wasn't any kind of warning at all, I have now lost all of my cash rewards that I had saved up. I guess that's what happens when I choose a generic company, I'll stick to my Amex and Discover cards from my Federal CUs from now on.… show more

This company is a crock!! I’ve had my card compromised multiple times and Ollo continues to side with the merchant. Their “investigative” team is crap and does nothing to help the consumer. My credit card number keeps ending up in the hands of fraudulent merchants who repeatedly attempt to charge my card. Ollo is doing the least to help me (unlike other cards I’ve had that fully stand by the consumer, they only care about

I have been a credit card member for seven years. I had a credit line of $3000. I have never had a late fee and have always paid my balance off in full every month. When Covid-19 hit, they dropped my credit limit to $700 and didn’t even notify me of the change.
On their website they have a special COVID-19 page. It states “ We recognize it is a stressful time for many of

What a crock of shat! I think companies like this that state that they want to help during COVID and are pretending to give assistance......when they are actually stabbing you in the back, should be publicly humiliated for their deceitful actions and reported to the FTC!… show more

Worst credit card ever. They cut my credit line in half and never paid late. I paid it off and left in at a zero balance and in less than 3 months they closed saying I was a risk. I happily cut up my card.

Horrible card. I never leave reviews good or bad, but had to warn people. Customer service is horrible and you can only make 5 payments within a 30 day period online, had a $5k credit line, paid almost the entire card off in 2 months, then credit line was reduced to $900. Never a late payment or anything negative. So they reward you for paying off your debt by eliminating your credit line....Would have given

I had a nice limit for a few years. I never made a late payment. I never carried a balance over 90 days. They lowered my limit by more than half with no notice. And then a few months later closed my account. I guess they don't want good customers who pay. Or customers who carry a $0 amount. Avoid this card!!!!! NOT VERY NICE!!!!! DO NOT GET THIS CARD!!!!!!!!!

I have had my Ollo card for years and during the past two years all of my revolving accounts have seen significant limit increases (half have doubled) as
my FICO score increased from very good to exceptional. Does Ollo care? Nope. Still the card I use the least because it has the lowest limit. I put a couple monthly autopays on it and pay it off before the due every time. They don't review accounts period. I have spoken to their staff, powerless droids who agree I more than qualify for a substantial limit increased but can only offer apologies and a request to be patient. So much better off with other cards, especially Cap One who continues to increase my limit automatically every nine months. It has tripled in just three years and the cashback doubled. By comparison Ollo is as active as an undiscovered Jurassic fossil buried deep under the frozen tundra. They lie about their proactivity and that's what really irks me. Don't claim to automatically review accounts and increase limits automatically because it is clearly obvious you don't. Not even when the consumer has the highest FICO bracket average and remits payment in full every month. What your REQUEST CREDIT INCREASE web page should really say is:
At Ollo, we couldn't care less about growing with you. No need to call us about line increases because the answer is always NO and our Ollo accounts never see credit line increases. If we increase your credit limit, Hell will freeze over and so will your puny charge card account. It's called Mastercard because we are your Master. Nuh nuh nuh...no answering back! Good card to have for mid credit score people. They start with a good line of credit. Also cash reward is very nice. I would have given it a 5 if it was not for the $100 credit increase that they gave me. I started out with a credit line of $800 and after six months they increased it by a $100. Really!!! Consumer BEWARE!! Closed my account after 1 year of excellent payment history. Contacted Customer Service and spoke with a very rude rep who only informed me accounts can be closed for any reason. Upon investigation, it appears my experience is not unique with literally hundreds of card users posting the same thing.

I recently received a letter from Ollo advising me that my account had been closed. My account had never been late, and ALL my credit accounts are in good standing, and have been since I began rebuilding my credit 2 years ago. I had not, however, used the card or carried a balance for the last 6 months. My score is most certainly higher than it was when I opened the account.
I opened the
account to increase my score, and it worked. As my score increased, I had access to better cards, with better rates, and higher credit limits, and have been using those. Now I will have a reduced total available credit and a new closed account on my credit report because they were not earning an interest on my account. I would have recommended it before but NOT now definitely. I have kept my account in very good standing. Zero balance. They closed my account for no reason. Of course my credit will be affected. A "risk factor" they said, which I am not sure what they are referring to as my credit is good. Thank you so much OLLO, never again.

By far the worst card I ever had! Started with a 300 limit. After 4 months they bumped me up to $2k. Used about half, then paid it off within 3 months. After that they dropped me down to a $400 limit. I didn't use it for 2 months, and they closed my card! No warning and customer service was no help! Ollo reduced my credit line for no reason. Don’t get a Ollo Card. They are also known to close cards that have low usage or no usage. Ollo wants you to keep a high limit, so they can earn interest. I would give Ollo no stars. I’m planning on closing my Ollo card once I have it paid off.

Ollo Card is a shady company! Never been late, me or my wife. We finally paid the card off. Boom! They closed both of our accounts! We hardly used it, so I guess they were no longer making money from us, but it shot our utilization rate, which dropped our scores. This company is a joke! They only think of themselves.

Worst credit card company out there. I had a card with them for a few years, always paid on time and kept balance low. Now until this month I got a letter stating they closed my account due to:
1. Length of time since recent installment loan opened.
2. Length of time since most recently closed revolving account.
What does that even mean? There is no explanation. I have always paid on time and recently due to Covid
I've been paying the whole balance to avoid the 29.99% interest charge. This is so bizarre.
I have been working on getting my debt under control and recently took out a loan consolidation to reduce my credit card debt to zero and now I only have one payment per month. Could that be it? They state my FICO score as 740 - is that a bad number? I thought I was doing well with my finances then they suddenly pull this stunt. Horrible credit card company. They seem to collude with corrupt businesses. I purchased medical supplies from a company overseas. They seemed legit. Upon getting my package, I immediately noticed that the products were compromised. These products are injectables and accordingly come in tamper proof boxes. The boxes were pulled apart, the lid was not glued shut, and the tamper proof sides were pulled apart. That was one product. The other product was completely missing its
tamper proof box, and only came in the slip on sleeve that it is in once out of the tamper proof box. The sleeve was even taped to the box the product is in with house tape! House tape! The package holding the syringe had fingerprints on it, and the booklet that comes with the product had folded edges and wrinkles. The FedEx box the products came in was in perfect condition, customs and border patrol clearly did not inspect the box because if they did they would have taped it back with tape that states that they had done so (I have had packages searched by them before so I know). The packaging even had Styrofoam peanuts in it so that boxes were not even moving around in there, plus it takes a lot more than moving around in a box for a tamper proof box of that quality to get compromised. The company refused to respond to me, or to cover return shipping so I could return these products as there is no way my doctor would let me use these products. So I filed a claim, and the representative I spoke to told me that this claim will be ruled in my favor based on the circumstances. As soon as they send me a letter asking for evidence, such as photos and emails, I immediately uploaded these items, with a page long single spaced letter of explanation, all emails to the company that were left unanswered, and 14 photos of the compromised products, plus additional photos of the FedEx box, original receipt, everything. They got a total of 22 uploads of everything I just mentioned. Their system showed all the items uploaded, I triple checked that everything was uploaded in the proper order so it is easily followed and therefore understood by the person reviewing, and submitted. Their site told me that my documents were successfully uploaded. They denied my case stating in a letter that I did not respond to them with proof; then when I called them they said that they did get the proof but it was denied upon review. This company really thinks it is okay to inject yourself with products that came in compromised packaging. They are also incompetent in informing their customers as to why a case was ruled in the merchants favor, by giving one reason in a letter and then another over the phone. I tried to reopen my case but they just sent me a longer letter in response stating that their decision stands and that now they will report my complaint to the credit reporting bureaus because I had written them that I will not be paying the $501 that I got nothing usable for. I am reporting them to the BBB together with the foreign company, sending them all of the documentation that I mentioned above, and getting legal advice first thing Monday to see what my options are to take this further, and where else I can report this company. Upon receiving my last letter from them today, I immediately called them to close my account, and I will write to the credit bureaus making sure they also have everything on record. Hopefully my experience will heed a warning to be careful when dealing with this company.… show more

The Ollo card app caused me to submit a double payment of an identical amount, which put my checking account into overdraft. I disputed a transaction that required additional information to be sent via USPS (not even email). Apparently, the information was lost in the mail. However, I didn't receive an update on the matter until months later when the dispute was resolved in favor of the merchant due to lack of information. They didn't
